Wanted to take the time to shoutout Patrick who is very professional, patient, knowledgable and friendly. He was the only team member running the store, and was very quick and efficient. He was able to take care of every customer at a great pace, plus made sure to give everyone their full attention and time. Great customer service!

I went to this location on December 2, 2023. I went to exchange my boxes because they stated that they were old. The gentleman explained to me they were running a special and I can get a xumo boxes and a free home phone. But when I received my first bill. They charged me for the activation for the phone and a monthly service. The people that works here they lies. I called the 800 number to get a credit but they stated I could not receive one. So I will be putting in a better business bureau complaint.

I would highly recommend making an appointment otherwise you risk waiting in line for hours. I waited for 2 hours, however I had the pleasure of working with Eric and he made the process of walking me through my new phone and switching services painless. He was very patient and helpful. It’s not every day that you get to work with good honest people. I wasn’t asked to leave a review but I had such good service that I felt the need. Thank You so much, Eric!

I want to shout out two people from your store. 5 days ago I had brain surgery and I've needed a lot of help over the past few days.... setting up everything and getting established with a new plan from specrum in my new home was a big worry to me with my nurses and making sure i have exactly what i needed after having so many issues in the past with you guys... at one point there was a time i canceled and said "never again will i go with spectrum". Patrick from the store went over and beyond to not take advantage of that and get me exactly what I needed and did not once try to oversell me on anything. He was patient and very friendly and very knowledge about your services and made me laugh a bunch which has been hard the last few days . He was fast, kind, and very helpful and deserves 100 raises and praises for his support. He went as far as just grabbing me a chair to sit down at his counter and that goes a long way as simple as that sounds. Sometimes it just takes a little kindness and understanding about someone's situation. When I got home I was so upset because I could not figure out how to set anything up or knew where ANY of the outlets were because of the move and the service tech they sent out Mr Kenneth who showed up exactly on time was extremely kind, helpful, fast and efficient and was done within minutes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to these two gentlemen. If you could send me where i can send a gift to them that would be awesome! Please give them their praises for me! Thank you for all you do and I will continue to be a loyal customer moving forward.

I thought that Spectrum employees were supposed to service the customers. I walked into a Spectrum store, and one employee was helping a customer, but one employee was working on sample products on the floor. There were 3 people waiting to be helped, myself included. My time is very valuable, and customers should be the first priority when they walk into a store. I was just returning new equipment!

Setup for new sales only. No priority for any service or existing. A that was needed was to swap a bad cable box remote. 11 people in line getting new phones.

Zero stars, they will waste your time when you try to cancel and drag it out over and over again until you get frustrated and hang up for being on the phone for hours. Causing you to keep trying and get charged for an additional month because it was canceled the day after the new billing cycle. But does it matter you kept trying to get in touch with them days prior and couldn't because you have a full time job and there customer support is on such a high wait time. If you are expecting great service and good price? Don't go with them, your bill will jump from under $100 to $150 after the first year. And it will continue to FU in the ass. They don't care about there existing customers!! They blocked me from their page and deleted my comments on Facebook. All I did is warn people that they are junk.

They don’t want to work. There were three employees in the store, and when I arrived, they told me that I couldn't return my equipment here; they said that I had to go to USPS. When I came because USPS was close, two of them went to the back because they didn't want to attend to me. Then I had to wait a lot because the only person in front was busy, and the other two just went inside.

My experience with Spectrum has been better than my expectations. Easy to contact, short wait times, and pleasant associates. Always willing to assist and resolved each problem I have had. Knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. My rating expresses my gratitude and is by comparing other providers. I've had terrible experience dealing in dealing with my sisters Comcast /Xfinity-Massachusetts subscription. There were huge wait times and a terrible menu system while calling them. Because their colleagues lacked knowledge, there was frequent uncertainty. When compared to what I had to deal with, I found that my Spectrum provider was excellent.

There was about a 45 minute wait, but when it was my turn I was very pleased with the attention, knowledge, and helpfulness of the staff.
