Every person you meet with tells you something different and the information they give you tends to contradict itself. The % of the equity loan would not exceed a certain percentage, but then later found out that was not true.
Long wait times to see a specialist, not able to get my children their accounts without multiple visits, and people who say they will follow up with us, but they never contact us. Over the last seven years it has been such a struggle.

The ATM at this location is NEVER working. I don’t understand how hard it is to keep your ATM working. People don’t have time to go inside and do withdrawals. Much less sit in your long drive thru line. All the cash points around this location have been removed. So it’s not like we can use those for free anymore. Atleast wave your fees at any other ATM if you’re never going to have your ATM in proper working order.

Hours are until 5:30 pm. Arrived at 5:10 pm they told me they could help, but then a minute later they said they were short staffed and couldn’t help me and that I can “try again” on Monday. Hours should be to 5 pm if they don’t want to stay later. They had 20 minutes to help me before they even locked the doors. Very unprofessional.

We just had our taxes prepared at this location for the first time. My wife and I both missed the fact that her last name was incorrect when we signed the return. I caught it afterwards and called them to ask that it be corrected. This mistake occurred on our previous year tax return as well, which was prepared at a different SECU branch, even though all her accounts have her name correct. They did not offer to correct the return , and said the IRS must have the name on file as it had been submitted since the return was accepted, and advised me to contact the IRS to change the name on file. I went to the IRS website, and they do not have the name as it was submitted. So, this is twice I've pointed out this issue to SECU and twice they have done nothing about it. Poor customer service!

I’m not sure what all of the crying is about in these one star reviews. I’ve used this SECU branch since I moved to the 40/42 area in October of 2004. I’ve always received prompt courteous service. The notarize car titles for free and a wire transfer is only 10 bucks.
