My husband thought he had a problem with his new iPhone 15 so we went to T-mobile and had our issue solved in seconds. A shout out to Adrian who had very good understanding as to what we did not understand about the issue. Literally in moments we were entirely satisfied. Will do our business here on… And each of the workers were kind with us the “customer” as well. Made our morning quite pleasant.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the customer service I’ve received here. Cass is an absolute sweetie, she is the cutest! I came in to get new phones and walked out without it jumping my bill up an arm and a leg… you know how it usually goes. This young lady sat with me, walked me through the math, answered every single question I had, and even taught me how to use certain apps I was previously having trouble understanding. Cass, you are the epitome of what customer service should be, thank you!

Funny! But staff shouldn’t be checking their phones or sending memes while helping a customer. Not only is it disrespectful and rude but also shows managements lack of leadership & judgement.The competition offers similar prices so the service to client should be A1, unfortunately that’s not the case here.Good customer service goes a long way! I supposed it’s hard for the high school staff to understand that yet.

Terrblie service. They are more focused on socializing than helping a customer. Rossi helped us and was more focused on his apple watch than doing his job.

This store General manager and entire staff are amazing. I had the best experience possible with a complicated situation. The level of professionalism, patience, and client satisfaction was truly above and beyond . I had just switched over from AT&T and have been to 3 different other Tmobile stores . This one is by far the most professional and I highly recommend visiting this store.

Just called to inquire about an item I am looking for. Britney said that I have to come in to the store. When I asked if she could check because I live an hour away she insisted I have to go to the store. Shame! I can’t drive an hour just to see if what I’m buying is available.

I came in recently to update my phone and add another line for my daughter. Teva was extremely helpful! She explained everything and updated my stone aged plan to a plan which saved me money and put me in line for another great promotion. There was a snag during the phone registration so I had to stop in again but Teva helped me get in and out quickly. Highly recommend this location and Teva especially.

BIG thumbs up for VICTOR. This young man was very cordial and personable. I had many questions about the Home Internet offer and he answered them all. Very knowledgeable about phones as well. Traded my old S10 for a new S23 Ultra and he helped make my transition smooth. Thank you so much VICTOR, you will be seeing me again with my wife's phone to trade up.

Store associates are rude and unprofessional. They told us we could return the phone within 14 days and pointed to their return policy at the bottom of the page. We returned the next day with the unopened phone and they told us there is a $70 return policy. They pointed to the back side of the page that shows a restocking fee. This was a deceptive business practice. They also claimed my wife’s phone was unavailable for trade in due to a scratch. Scratches in their policy are listed as returnable. They’ve lost a long-time customer over a $70 restocking fee and their deceptive business practice.

Reply to Kevin Cobb (the review below this)Kevin,I was a customer in the store when your wife was in the T-Mobile in Garner. She came in extremely rude! Very ratchet and ghetto…I have been to this store several times and the manager Becky is amazing! Your wife was asking for a phone for your sons birthday. Which was LITERALLY that day. Trust me, we all hear your wife Veronica because of how loud and rude she was! By the way, great parenting waiting till the ‘day of’ to buy your son a birthday present…Your wife disturbed the entire store, the customers that were in there, and the sales reps that were trying to assist those customers Including myself. Veronica raised her voice at something that could it be done as explained by the staff. Your wife wanted to get your son a new phone without cutting off his current service. To keep it a ‘surprise’. The manager and staff explained this was not possible because you guys are with Sprint and not T-mobile. They even checked other resources to try and help you. The problem was you waited till last minute to buy this present for your kid. That’s your fault. Not the staffs.It seems this IGNORANCE runs in your family, as now you are leaving a negative review because your WIFE was acting a fool. Wow…T-mobile you don’t need their business. No need to apologize to them. I run a business and sometimes it’s better to let this kind of cliental go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I had to go back. The first two times I went to pay my bill that day, were exceptional (besides the fact that I had to come back to the store).Third time is the charm, right? Well I had the pleasure of meeting the worst help they could scrape up.I thought I locked my phone and inquired if she could check it out. Well she never looks at my phone, tells me there’s nothing she could do and I needed to go to The Apple store in Crabtree mall to get my phone completely wiped!!Well I went to a cell phone repair shop to get a second opinion and after treating me and my phone with priority level professionalism, the problem was fixed in 20 minutes.Turns out I put it in a disabled mode, and nothing had to be erased ⭐️R-Mobile- Strike 1…

My wife went there to purchase my son a new phone , had a bad experience with the female manager (Becky). Apparently they don't know anything about customer service ! Please do not visit this store , the female manager that works there is very rude ! That only means she not happy with her job !

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are scam artists, will do anything to sell you more promotions that are EXPIRED (knowingly) and once they get your money, they direct you to customer service.We went to this location for Black Friday deals on 11/27 thinking they would be more helpful in person versus online.They sold us internet packages with a $100 promotional gift card, the promotion ended 11/5. Why is this location knowingly selling 3 week old expired promotions? Why is T-mobile comfortable with having certified retailers scamming customers.Also sold us additional lines, trade ins, and even broke down the bill for us, which is why we proceeded. We were also denied the $100 gift card because the representative told us they sold us an expired promotion. Could not even accommodate us.It has now been a few months and every month we get a surprise bill. Much higher than what was explained to us multiple times in person, on the phone, on chat, and every other way you can think of.Waste of time, we have contacted customer service at least 3 times every month because they claim they adjusted the bill, and it is not.I am really ready to cancel all 7 of my lines with T-mobile and move to a provider that is honest.Really disappointing and waste of everyone’s time.
