Excellent group of folks at the Mechanical Blvd. location. Precious is the best multi tasker I've ever seen. I've been a rather frequent renter last few years what with kids in college and I'm generally the go to guy for helping some older folks move. Anyway, I've read the 1 star comments and that just has not been my experience at all with any of the folks up there. Last point, as a 'career Army brat', I've done my share of moving, and I can tell you it's a well run place and the folks are good folks. 'Nuff said.

Awful service at this location and with Uhaul. Found the manager at this location to be very condescending with her " I have been doing this for for years comments" and then she unfairly refused to fulfill the rental obligation ( which had already been paid for no less) due to false safety concerns on her part. The claim was that the safety chains on a vehicle trailer did not correctly attach to my truck. Bottom lines is the chains hooked, tight but hooked and yet refused the rental. Borrow a truck, rent somewhere else, buy a trailer and sell later but whatever you do - dont do it with this business or Uhaul in general.

What’s the purpose of having an online pickup option if the staff isn’t making sure that the trucks are setup at the end of the night? How many $50 credits do I have to receive in order to ensure that this is being completed properly? I literally live right around the corner, however I still end up having to travel out of my way because your staff fail to complete their closing procedures properly. This has happened way too many times! Major inconvenience!!

Horrible serviceI left my vehicle for a wiring installation for my hitch. It took 3 and half hours to finish. There’s no waiting area so I had to leave. They didn’t give me any updates on the progress of the work when I called and they kept me holding on the phone hoping I would hang up.I was shocked with the quality of work they provided when I picked up my car. The wiring cable needs to go through the door and they left the trunk plastic covers unplugged with wires hanging outside.

The staff is very nice, but they are very understaffed and need help. I kept having to come back to unload my stuff from a Ubox and needing help to get into the area, there seems to be only 3-4 of them and it's a shame. They all are working pretty hard and definitely need more help. The wait to get into the ubox was 30 to 40 minutes except once. Otherwise, lovely staff!!

Be aware if this place. They will rob you. I dropped off their trucks and got charged for additional day because of a technical issue and the person I talked to blamed it all on me instead of trying help resolving issue.

I reserved a 10-foot truck from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. I provided my credit card details at the time of reservation. I arrived at 10:30 a.m. to pick up the truck only to be told that (a) the reservation had been canceled and (b) the Manager had called and texted me at 9:30 a.m. I have no record of a missed call or text on my phone from U-Haul. And to top it all off, the 10' truck I reserved was still sitting there on the lot when I left. What's the use of making a reservation if they're going to give away your equipment.

Rented a truck, fueled it, got charged for furl anyway. Rented storage units. Elevator doesn't work prope?rly. Nobody mentioned an extra $10 charge to get 24/7 access. So they locked us out in the middle of move in and our items were left in the hallway and unsecured. Terrible hours. I mean neighboring storage units have at least until 9 or 10pm access. And multiple signs posted with multiple hours and it is confusing.And there are roaches EVERYWHERE!MOVED OUT LESS THAN A MONTH into a different facility.

Poor Customer Service. I rented a truck and the employees didn't do an inspection on the truck before I left with it. I use the truck for 28 miles and put fuel back in it and returned it. Then I received an invoice and a charge for not putting fuel back in the truck even though I had a receipt on hand showing I filled it back up. Employees and Manager was very rude and accused me of lying to her. I received only a partial credit, not the full credit due back to me. I called customer service for help and they never contacted me back. The manager Jasmine gave me partial credit and told me to stop complaining. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the very poor customer service I received.

The worst experience I’ve had with a business ever.I’ve had a storage unit for less than 3 months, when going to check on my things I find that there are rats infesting the storage unit. When trying to speak with someone about it, the young man at the counter plainly said he couldn’t help me and that he would call the manager. He calls the manager, named jasmine, explains the situation and she just hangs up. He then tells me she’s at the back part of the storage unit with the u-boxes and that I should go over there and speak with her. I go over and see that she’s busy with another customer, so I wait for over an hour to speak with her. When I approached her to try to get any kind of help or resolution, her response is, “we put out rat traps, I can’t help you.” And then just turns around and walks away. I’ve called uhaul 3 times today and have been on the phone for over 2 hours and have yet to speak with anyone who can do anything to help me. I just get transferred to another line where I am on hold for over an hour and out of nowhere get hung up on.I strongly encourage you to never give this business any of your money.
