This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a U-Haul and storage place! The lady at the front desk was a joy to work with and her assistant was personable and helpful as well. 10 out of 10 customer service!!

This Team was extremely professional and I could tell they cared about their customers. One rep went out of his way to make sure my rental had full gas so I wouldn't be charged extra. Best U Haul experience I've ever had, which doesn't say much I admit, but trust me, you'll be glad you chose this one. They even give used boxes away for free.

After three other place said they didn't have room for my one way drop off. They accepted it with no problem. The other places could learn alot from this crew. Top of the line service.

My truck did not fit on the trailer even through the website said it would fit and had to pay for a full day even though I only had the trailer for 30 minutes. The empty trailer was bouncing when going 30 mph and one tire had very little tread. I've rented trucks before without issue but this is the first and last time I rent a trailer.

Rented a motorcycle trailer and had a Phenomenal experience with Austin not only did he take care of us when we got the trailer he took care of us when we returned it… Austin was very professional and he did something no one has ever done at a U-haul or a Penske… Austin welcomed me to come back and do business again with them!! “If you need us again we’re right here for you”… that meant a lot to us since we just moved here from Maryland!! Thank you to whomever hired this young man… we need another him and he needs a RAISE!!

The best place I have rented a Uhaul from. As a woman, I have experienced shovanistic attitude in the past while picking up a truck or trailer at other locations. The staff at this location in Garner was amazing. The manager came out to meet me in the parking lot, anticipating my arrival. She opened the gate and had another staff member already at the trailer ready to hook it up. Check out and return was very quick and everyone was kind and respectful. It was so refreshing to not be talked down to as a female pulling a trailer. Thank you for your great service.
