Customer service is not great. They also do not accept passport walk ins at all like their website says. Supposedly the website is wrong.

Just had a new passport application submitted, even if your old passport is expired if you still have it, take it with you, with that you don’t need to find your birth certificate, ss card. You do need your drivers license, photo copy of your license front and back, and you can pay for the passport and processing fee together with a debit card if you remember your pin.. If you don’t, make sure you bring your personal checks, then you can write a personal check for the passport application, and then pay the local post office fee with credit card. The very helpful woman who took care of the passport application process was super nice, and the gentleman up front was super nice as well. Do stand in line and tell the clerk you’re there for an appointment for passport and they’ll buzz the back and have you stand at another door. Process was under 15 min.

My kids passport appt went smoothly and without any issues! The woman who helped us was really friendly and gave my kids stickers to keep them busy while she processed the paperwork.

My first visit to this post office was unpleasant. The customer service was lacking, and they seemed to think it was funny that I had just moved and was without full access to my mail. They were not helpful at all.

These people are rude, unprofessional and surly. Once I get my issue resolved, I'll travel ACROSS TOWN to a PROFESSIONAL Post office...A DISGRACE

I just moved to Garner and need my mailbox rekeyed I went by this post office and paid $30 to have it rekeyed it took them a month to get the task completed then they said my key was ready for pick up. I left work early because this place is only open during the times I am working and I get to the post office to find out they lost my mail box key. Veral stated he would give me a call when he found out what happened to my key. It's not been two wheels of me calling and no one answering and I haven't heard from Veral. Now I'm going to have to leave work early just to go speak to them to find out what the solution is going to be. Horrible customer service! Don't go here if you can avoid it. If they can lose a mailbox key they can definitely lose your mail.

267 Timber Dr, Garner facility had absolutely horrible customer service. Both clerks couldn't be bothered to help, and I ended up having to use the self service kiosk they have to mail out a package. Going to skip this location next time I need to go to a post office.

Always busy but they roll through a line, they have a lot of long time employees that are always happy to help and in good spirits once you get up there.

Makes going to the DMV feel like a luxury experience. Out of many supplies. Slow service. Hoping my fragile packages make it to their destination OK!
