Okay. I just want to thank Carl so very much for all his assistance. And his patience was able to get Tech Support, and we resolved the issue at hand. I was totally frustrated, but he calmed my nerves, and he told me that he was going to stick through it with me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

We (my daughter and I) visited this location of Verizon on July 14, 2024 in order to possibly upgrade my iPhone XR. Upon entering the store Peter Arkiszewski met us and offered to help. It was 5 stars from the start. Peter is friendly, knowledgeable and truly had my best interests at heart. Long story short, but not terribly long, we left the store with 2 iPhone15s, for me and I took advantage of a great promo to upgrade my husband’s phone also. His phone was a 7. I left with a perfect new phone. Hubby and I returned the next day to transfer his 7 to the new 15. Hubby is not always easily pleased, but he was impressed with Peter and how smoothly everything went. Best of all, it did not increase my monthly bill. If you are eligible for an upgrade, head to this location, ask for Peter and you will leave a very satisfied customer.

Tina was absolutely wonderful. Made the experience easy, quick, and entertaining. I got everything I needed taken care of and appreciated her warm demeanor. ☺️I walked in with quite a bit of anxiety about all the options and plans - but that was no match for Tina’s effective communication, kindness, and patience.

Best lines! With the best promotions. Extremely sweet and patient and caring. Went over above and beyond for us to get us our new phones. Truly kind and loving heart NES! Would highly recommend going to her. She cares about your family. Your plan and making sure Verizon becomes your family. Have kids? Don’t be ashamed she helps as fast and efficient as possible. While loving on your little one.

I stopped in the Garner store today to get a new phone case and Carl was the kindest and most helpful rep I've had the pleasure of working with. He helped me figure out some settings on my phone and I ended up buying wireless head phones!
