I’m never going back to this pharmacy again. TWICE now they’ve given my prescription to somebody else after confirming they have it in stock. They are never aware of what is happening, and they always have a “not my problem” attitude. I’m so sick of this.

Called the local Walgreens Timber Drive call in line for a refill of med previously filled. All good with the automated prompts, 2 days later go in to get the prescription and they have no record of the call in, which I dont believe. They just don't check it. I am changing to the Highway 70 location for my meds.

Hello! I have read all your reviews and I can relate to all of you. Some of them are nice and will help. But ,they will lie . Everyone talk about their service. I have been with them over a year, and today 01-30-24 , I call another pharmacy and transferred all our prescriptions. Sometimes change is necessary.

Waited 7 hours and called a total of 4 times to get pain medication following a surgery. The staff is highly incompetent. I recommend going to the cvs across the st or white oak pharmacy 5 min away.Do not come here if you expect even the most basic level of competence or patient care. Absolute joke.

Wife's prescription was put in as soon as they opened. She called three times throughout the day to see if it was ready all three times told it was not ready. Called 30 minutes before close and is on hold for 15 minutes then is told that the only thing holding it up is the OTC options. The antibiotic (the most important part) has been ready all day. The Pharmacist asks if she is close by as they close in 10 minutes now. Wife says yes and we jump in the car and make it there right at 6 just to have the sign put closed in her face. They made her wait all day even though her main prescription was ready. Never called to let her know anything was ready. Then tells her to drive up there and closes in her face as she makes it just in time. This location is awful.

They have an answering service that won’t connect you to the local store. They are rude and tell you to go to the store in person if you want help. I will definitely be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I called ahead and was provided with an estimated wait time for my prescription to be filled. I showed up at the time I was told, yet was informed I would need to wait another few hours, due to the pharmacy being busy with administering vaccinations. While I understand the importance of vaccination efforts, it is unacceptable to neglect the needs of other customers who are also relying on their pharmacy services. My prescription took significantly longer to be filled. Throughout my afternoon at Walgreens, which I had not planned for, the lack of communication and accountability on the part of the pharmacy staff was disheartening. It felt as though they had completely forgotten about the rest of their customers who were waiting for their own medications. What if this were a life or death situation, as many medications are? Well, we would be left for dead. Moreover, I was quickly reminded of the TikTok video I watched that labeled those getting vaccinated as "sheeple" and mentioned pharmacies have been prioritizing their services due to the profitability and internal globalist metrics. This is abhorrent behavior. Vaccinations play a crucial role in maintaining public health, but excessively pushing them to avoid other pharmaceutical duties is unacceptable. Perhaps you should hire more staff if you have this much demand for services. It’s not like your shareholders benefit one way or the other - it’s only the few at the top who can afford a decent meal anymore in this town where $26 for hamburger at Five Guys is typical. No wonder we have a growing homeless situation. Explains a lot why they also allow the coyote population to grow, to eat away at the homeless people that the pharmacies refuse to help in times of need.In conclusion, the overall disregard for customer service demonstrated was deeply concerning. Patients who rely on medication to manage their health conditions should not be left feeling ignored or unimportant. Efficiency and transparency should be top priorities for any reputable pharmacy, regardless of other ongoing operations.I hope that Walgreens takes these criticisms constructively and works towards improving their operations in the future. Every customer should be treated with respect and receive timely service, regardless of the prevailing circumstances. Please be cautious when considering this Walgreens for your pharmaceutical needs, as I cannot confidently recommend their services based on my disappointing encounter.

0/10. I went to this Walgreens for over a year and have never had a good experience in the pharmacy or photo. Awful attitude and absurdly long wait times for everything. I’d recommend going to the CVS across the street.

Warning...the pharmacy had poor customer service I had a conversation with the pharmacy supervisor who was extremely rude. Given the option, I would give them zero.
