I have used this pharmacy for a very long time and have never up until now been disappointed in the service. My prescription, that was on autofill, was filled 7 days ago while I was out of town. I returned to town on the 5th day and was going to pick it up until I checked the website to find out that the order was canceled. I quickly called the pharmacy, stayed on hold all of 30 minutes with only 1 call ahead of me just to finally speak to a person and be told it will be looked into. Immediately the status on the website switched to delayed. Tried calling 3 days later, because it is still showing as delayed, and waited on hold until I decided to go to the store. Went inside, waited patiently in line to finally get to the register and be told that the pharmacist had to review it but they were at lunch and would return in 30 minutes. That would have been at 7:30pm. I totally understand that they need breaks but it's been on delay for 3 days waiting to be reviewed. I'm very disappointed and still don't have my prescription.

15 minutes on hold continued to be place on hold Someone kept picking up without even saying anything putting the phone right back on hold
Then offered no help once they finally took the call

Don't know what's going on recently, but my last 3 visits have been very disappointing. First 2 times, medication was not ready as promised(and 1 wasn't ready because even though I responded to reminder text that I would be picking up-medication was still returned to stock) The 3rd time was even worse, I had 2 refills. 1 was acknowledged with text I would pick up, was advised it would be available up to 9 days before being restocked. Arrived 2 days later, it was already put back. I ordered a refill at 8am that same morning so I could pick the 2 up together, confirmed I would pick up after 10am arrived at almost 12am and it was not ready and they also only had enough for a partial refill. Was then told please come back after 2pm to pick them both up. I arrived after 5pm, 1 still wasn't filled and the other miraculously no longer had partial amount to give me. SMDH

Constantly being put on hold for over 20 minutes when I call to request refills. Drive thru line is always insanely long - a minimum 30 minutes wait no matter what day/time I go. I'd go somewhere else but all big chain pharmacies are equally bad.

Online says they are open and close at 10pm. Showed up at 6:30pm to pickup my toddlers flu medicine to find they decided to close without updating the site. Now trying to get doctor on phone so my daughter can get her medicine. Would give zero stars if it were possible.

We usually use Beddingfield Drugs(just down the road, highly recommend) but had an after hours situation where we needed a prescription filled and it was here or CVS.
I knew 1.5 hours later when I handed over my GoodRX to save a decent bit of money and the young lady rolled her eyes and loudly āwhisperedā ādamnā because of the added work I remembered why I love our small local pharmacy so very much.

Everytime I have to fill or pickup a RX, the staff is always so nice and willing to answer any questions, regarding the medicine or insurance. Been using them for years and will continue too. The staff is always hustling and working hard, we see you and thank you!!!

Extremely slow service, if you expect to be able to pick up a medication on time, you will not be able to and will be lucky to even get it that day! The first Pharmacist I saw was rude and working the morning shift , I didnāt see her name but she was a taller white woman, second time coming around when they finally were able to get my prescription filled was a young black woman who was very friendly and nice tho! Kinda hit and miss store but overall not worth it if you actually want to take the medication you need at a reasonable time.

Walgreen in Garner, North Carolina is the pharmacy part is the worst the nasty route. They tell you how your medicine one day and turnaround tell you it'll be another month for you get if they don't like the job they need to find another job that fits them. Oh whatever is going on with those workers back there they need to change the attitude slam in the phone and ear talking nasty to you. I'm CD got line on them.

This is the worst Walgreens, always messing up things. I think they are just too busy. If you can, I would find another pharmacy.
