If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. Every time I've tried to get pills from this place, there's always been a problem. A couple of times I've had to stay for three hours, calling my Doctor and relaying the message to them back and forth until they just made me pay hundreds of dollars for an emergency supply of generic brand. Now I'm being discharged from the psych ward, and they said the medicine has been delayed a day. I can't miss a day of meds!

This place is extremely slow and customer service is extremely sub par!
I only use this place because it close to my house and the urgent care that we visit.
I got a text that my daughters amoxicillin was ready at 142
I went there at 330 to have them say that it’s not ready. I asked why did they send me a text and she said she does not know. I asked if they can put a rush on it since they’ve had since 9 o’clock to have it ready and I received a message 2 hours ago that it was. she said it will be 30 mins with an attitude.
I decided to stick around and talk to a manager but when I went back about 3 mins later she said it’s ready I just have to add the mixture to it!!
So if I would’ve left the damn store and went back to work..it would’ve been ready in 3 mins….horrible

I give the pharmacy 5 stars. Every employee in the pharmacy is wonderful. Very helpful and polite. But to Go to the front if you want to buy something, I give those cashiers zero points. None! They are the rudest employees I have ever delt with. If they don't like their jobs, make them leave. Why are the pharmacy people so nice and friendly, and the front cashiers so rude? I will only get my prescriptions there and medical things. I will never go pay up front again. Today, I said something friendly and the old cashier snapped at me. If I was her boss, she'd be out the door. Kudos for the best pharmacy in Garner. They will keep me coming in.

Terrible service. Finally got to the window after sitting in line and the woman asked us to get behind the car behind us for some reason. Then 2 more cars were in front of us after we got back around for whatever reason. No idea why we were asked yo do this. We should have been helped in the order we were in. My wife was very sick and had to wait extra time for no reason. Absolutely poor service. Won't be coming back.

The staff is nice and pleasant. Never had an issue with them.but whoever they got answering the phone that's a women is rude as Hell and tells you the med you have been getting for your child does not exist ?. She needs to be fired cause this is the 4th time I have had this issue

Why have a fedex ship in the store but provide no source of assistance. Offers no boxes for purchase in store. Why offer this service if you can't hold up your half of the deal Walgreens? FedEx needs to drop Walgreens locations as a partner if you ask me

I'm usually a fan of Walgreens, just not this location. For one, the pharmacy has shorter hours than nearby locations and it is closed on Sundays. Currently the drive thru is closed. Two, the employees are not as friendly as the ones at the corner of Fayetteville and Ten Ten. Three, the shelves are not as stocked. Four, the pick-up option is not convenient since they do not make substitutions. Even when you allow for substitutions and when the same brand and size is available. When I go in to retrieve a pick-up order, I just grab the items off the shelves that were originally not available and purchase them separately. They do complete the order quickly if that is your preference. Walgreens is still a good option for prescriptions, photos, and affordable health products and snacks. Note that the print photos are best. The canvas photos are cheap but not always the best quality. Overall, I recommend Walgreens, but choose a different location. Only reason I have needed to visit this one is because my prescription was not available at my usual Walgreens.

This place every time I go to get my medicine it’s always a problem. It’s always a problem and I don’t feel like I need to be treated like that. They don’t know my condition they don’t have my pain and I don’t think it’s fair. I’m a call the CD guideline on them.

Everybody makes mistakes no one is perfect but like everybody else is saying don’t call your customers liars ! We know what meds the drs prescribed for us ! I called to see if my two meds was ready the lady tells me they only received one when I see both in my chart. the lady was rude she was trying to hang up on me and just rude ! This Walgreens needs to train their pharmacy people with better customer service ! I miss Rite Aid !
