I hax a great experience here today. First they opened exactly on time - i love it. I cant tell you how many places are not open on time. Second the person opening the door was pleasant- great! They had lots of products that i was looking fir and they have descent prices. The checkout lady was super. Sge was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate that she worked with a smile- she made my mundane task enjoyable! Thank you.

This is my favorite Walgreens! The people are always friendly, personable and professional. Store is always well stocked and have very good sale prices that normally has a coupon.

Had to change pharmacies. It’s the worst pharmacy in town. Always takes forever to get prescriptions filled and very slow. They should learn to pull people aside or tell them to come back Instead of having people wait 30+ minutes .

It took over 3 hours to get a Rx filled. I stopped going here years ago since the service was so bad, prescriptions weren't filled properly, and they were giving the wrong prescriptions to people, but I needed something quick on a Sunday. When I mentioned to the manager, he just said they're usually busy. The few times I used the Walgreens on Hwy 70 in Garner, the service was much better and accurate. They're also more expensive. Costco and smaller pharmacies are significantly cheaper (50%+), even with insurance. If you're cost conscience, definitely go elsewhere.

The pharmacy at this location is a farce, they don’t ever have enough people working, prescriptions commonly out of stock, call wait time is unacceptable (30+ minutes).

The one star is simply to write the review !!! The experience I received from the manger in the pharmacy is completely unprofessional. After numerous calls, text and emails to pick up my prescription only to arrive and be told it was not ready nor refilled . I asked to speak to the manager because this has happened on numerous occasions. The manager refused to speak to me after the cashier told her I was waiting twice , however she laughed and joked with the other workers , took multiple phone calls and held pointless conversation with customer who came after. After 30mins of waiter she appears with my prescription only to continue to be rude and unprofessional . She need to be fired !!!! With people like her no wonder Walgreens are closing !!!!!

Came here to say everything everyone else said. Service and wait time is ridiculous. Staffing is terrible. Please get more qualified help for both the store and pharmacy.

Went to go pick up a prescription for a cat and the staff was unhelpful. Had me wait an hour and when I came back the prescription still wasn't ready. They asked me to wait another 15 min so I did. After that wait and I come back again I'm met with yet another about 5-10 min wait. It was not busy in the store during this whole period of time.

I ordered 36 4x6 prints from the Walgreens app and went to pick up 30mins after I was told they would be ready. They were not. Waited for the pics and when I got them the quality was poor at best. Many of the pics cut part of my daughter’s face and/or body off. When I went back to the photo desk to inquire about how to rectify the situation , the employee, Kelly C., the “shift lead” according to her tag, was extremely rude, short tempered and unhelpful. She seemed bothered by my inquiry and blamed me for the pictures looking terribly, stating that I should have edited the pics on the app. I explained that I did not see any reason to edit the pics on the app because the pictures looked fine and centered on the app. She told me that she did not make the app. There was no offer to fix the issue. When I asked her to fix the issue or give me the pics for free because they were unusable and I did not want pics of my daughter just lying around in her store, she reluctantly gave me $5 off my $15 order. Ridiculous since none of the pictures are even decent enough to frame and at least half of them are literal garbage. I can’t stress enough how rude and unhelpful she was. $15 of my money and my time wasted. Left feeling frustrated and will not go back.

I went to Walgreens in garner to purchase a few items.The store seems very unoccupied.The cashier in my opinion wasn't polite.It takes a little time to receive help. I also don't like how the cashier placed my receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me.This place had an unwelcoming feeling when I walked in.I wasn't in a good mood when I walked out of the store.

I’m never going back to this pharmacy again. TWICE now they’ve given my prescription to somebody else after confirming they have it in stock. They are never aware of what is happening, and they always have a “not my problem” attitude. I’m so sick of this.
