I did some shopping at this Walgreens yesterday and wanted to give a shout out to Janie for her excellent customer service. I've been to the store before and received a less than satisfactory visit but this last trip was pure perfection. Thank you!

I would give 0 stars to this pharmacy if I could. The pharmacy LIED about the availability of a medication that I desperately needed for my son, which sent me on an unnecessary search for the medication elsewhere that was not available at any other nearby location. His doctor’s office had to call and get it filled and even then, the pharmacy offered no apology, deny lying, and then they tried to tell me that it would not be ready until the next day. Needless to say I got my baby’s medicine that night and never went back to this horrible and unethical pharmacy.

I don't blame the staff, I get they are just doing their jobs. However I don't understand why most pharmacies are always so terribly understaffed. It's ridiculous to operate a business that is known to be very service oriented, yet continuously manage it with little to no help. Pack you patience. You will need it.

I have consistently had a poor experience with this Walgreens location over the past six years. They are frequently out of stock on essential prescriptions, including my birth control. On one occasion, I was prescribed a three-month supply, but they were out of stock and only gave me a two-month supply—without notifying me of the shortage. It wasn’t until I noticed the discrepancy once i was home I had to turn around and go right back and then they reviewed the security footage and confirmed I was right. I’ve had to transfer my prescriptions to other locations multiple times just to ensure I receive my medication on time. Once Publix opens, I do not plan to return to Walgreens again.

Terrible communication. Nearly impossible to get the pharmacist on the phone. Their online portal constantly glitches and never provides real, up-to-date information. I spend half my time on hold waiting to speak to a real person actually local to the store. Will be changing pharmacies before my next prescription refills. Terrible service here.

Pharmacist have a real nasty attitude here. Had a Caucasian lady in purple scrubs yell at me for her drive thru mic not working. They did not have a sign up as she told me with her finger that they had just opened up. The pharmacist should definitely get trained in customer service etiquette. Spanish looking lady was the calm one telling the other lady to calm down because I had told them I was pregnant. Much less I was picking up my 3yr olds Epipen. Had a question about using it but no one asked if I had any questions.

I have never had a problem. I come here from Memphis Tn. and stay for at least a month or longer, and my meds have to be picked up there. They are always polite and have my medications ready for me at the pick-up. I also go inside the store a lot, and if I need help, there is no problem getting it. These negative reviews are blowing my mind.

The worst pharmacy ever. Nothing is ever ready on time. They never answer the phone either. Whats the point of a drive thru if you have to come back every single time?!

This place has shorted me medication on two different occasions. No better than MCdonalds on their accuracy. No accountability for their mistakes either. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else or if you do go, check your meds WHILE YOU SIT AT THE WINDOW.

First of all, I seen the other reviews and everyone has their story. All I can tell is mine is that they save me a lot of money on my diabetes medicine she help me do the coupon and went the extra mile. I’ve been dealing with them over two years and within that timeframe, I can honestly say I never had a one or two visit. Mine have been between four and five. I appreciate y’all.!

Walgreens is the worse pharmacy ever!! I have been stuck with them for 2 years because my insurance will not allow me to go anywhere else. Insurance and Pharmacies should not have contracts period. Because of this I have constant supply issues for my meds! Last week after submitting my order a week in advance I had to drive an hour from home to a Walgreens that had my order in stock. Tonight was the worst! After calling this store multiple times and having my doctor send my renewal prescription many times they finally got their act together and got my daughter's med filled. Only it took me multiple calls and they never updated my app or called me to say it was ready. It had said it would be ready at 9:15 pm. They close at 10pm. It was not ready at 9:15 and finally after unanswered calls it showed ready at 9:40pm. I was on my way already. Got there at 9:56 and they closed early. When I asked two workers outside why they said the whole store is closed...what time is it? I showed them it was 9:57. Oh, well we close at 10 and we are already closed. UGH!!! Do better Walgreens! If your hours say 10pm you close then. Not a minute before! What a joke!

They are the most slow, they don’t know how to take passport pictures. I had to redo them because they took my face too close, and then they made me wait hours to get it by email to say at the end, they didn’t hear me ask for the photos to be sent by email. They’re rude irresponsible slacking all day
