If they don't understand a prescription order they wait for you to call twice and then tell you to call your doctor. They are too lazy to pick up the phone and call the doctor.

worst employee inside store, they don't care at all, i was looking for an item and didn't find it, after i asked the black lady at register she told me if you didn't find it so we don't have it, i was requested to see a manager and he found the item for me.they need looking for worker who knows give a good customer service.the workers at register all the time worst and rode

I spent over 30 minutes on hold today when the app told me I needed to call in. Someone repeatedly would pick up the call and immediately put me back on hold without giving me a chance to say anything. I’ve been going to this location for the past 5 years but this is the last. Terrible customer service.

Have been at this pharmacy for years. I will be moving to a new location. I do not post reviews. Horrible phone wait times of well over 20 minutes for anyone to pick up almost always. I am always transfered then to someone who has never heard of me. Medications are said to be ready but then are not. Many times prescriptions that are necessary prescriptions I have to get days late. The only reason being they just are “backed up filling today and can’t give you an ETA.” It will not matter if you call 3 days ahead, somehow I still manage monthly to have to fight to get my prescriptions on time and stay constantly calling to make sure anything happens- and I don’t have time for that.

Pharmacy is about as bad as it gets. Avoid this place unless you have tons of time to waste. Spent 20 mins standing in line bc they dropped someone’s meds behind the ready cart. My prescription was supposed to be ready 45 minutes before I got there, but after I get there and ask for it, I find out that it’s filled, but needs to be reviewed before I can grab it. The pharmacist was on a late lunch and wouldn’t be back for like another 30 minutes. Took me 30 minutes to get there after fighting traffic. Completely unacceptable Considering it was supposed to be ready well before my arrival

Worst pharmacy ever been on hold for 20 minutes to verify if my medication was ready or not then got hung up. Rude disrespectful staff don’t care about your needs or time

Absolutely horrible customer service. After being put on hold 20 minutes I finally spoke with someone and then the hung up while “looking into it for me”. Once I called back and spoke to someone new the guy had the most rude tone of voice and was actually the least helpful person I’ve ever spoke to at a pharmacy. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Walgreen in Garner, North Carolina is the pharmacy part is the worst the nasty route. They tell you how your medicine one day and turnaround tell you it'll be another month for you get if they don't like the job they need to find another job that fits them. Oh whatever is going on with those workers back there they need to change the attitude slam in the phone and ear talking nasty to you. I'm CD got line on them.

DO NOT get your prescriptions here. They constantly have new pharmacist, the one I spoke today was incredibly rude. I had to wait on hold for over an hour. You put in refills and they just cancel them out, or you get a call that they are ready, but when you get to the store, they aren't, and it takes another hour to hour and half for them to get it ready. The staff is rude as well. They have given me someone else's prescription before. Unfortunately due to my insurance, it would be really difficult to change pharmacies...

I just had the best customer service experience. Catalina was wonderful with assisting me with my FedEx return package. Pleasant and understanding. I really appreciate how she handled my situation. 5 plus Stars!!!

My review will be in three parts because I partook of three services while I was there.First, my husband and I got our Covid boosters. I can't say enough about how professional, prompt and courteous the pharmacy staff were. The woman who gave our shots was just so nice and personable. She ensured the whole process was problem free. I would give the pharmacy 5 stars!We also got our passport photos made and that went off without a hitch. Our photos came out much better than I anticipated. The costs were reasonable and it was pretty quick. Another 5 stars!The same woman who made our passport photos tried to help us make copies of our birth certificates, marriage license and other identifying information which is REQUIRED by the federal government in order to process our passports. There was kerfuffle about what kind of paper to print them on which led to a dramatic increase in costs.We were in the process of sorting that out when another employee came over, grabbed our copies off the printer behind the desk and insisted "Oh no, we can't copy stuff like this. It's not legal." The first woman was trying to explain that it was required for our passport application which we were also printing out.The second woman crumpled the copies in her fist and held them up to the first woman insisting. "Copying this isn't legal. We can't copyright this stuff. We'll get into trouble." My best guess is the second employee was confused about where she worked, thinking it was perchance the copyright office. She was so strong in her conviction that if I didn't know better I might have believed what she was saying.At that point we just gave up, paid for our passport photos/snacks and left the store. This is, hands down worst experience I've ever had in a store. The absurdity of thinking it was illegal to print out everyday documents would have been laughable but we had to go to the UPS store down the road to get our copies made. At least they weren't under the delusion they were responsible for copyrighting our birth certificate. It's things like this that contribute to the huge amount of one star ratings for this Walgreens. I'd give the print shop ZERO stars if I could.

Can someone explain to me how you can sit behind ONE vehicle in the drive thru for 15+ minutes before you can be served? Ridiculous!! These should be drop off and pick up only. I'm going to go inside and hope that is faster. But, this is every single time I come here. Heaven forbid there are more than 2 or 3 cars in front of you - you're looking at a minimum of a 30 minute wait. Makes me want to switch to another pharmacy all together!!A few minutes after initially writing this, I did go inside (while it was pouring rain) and there was no one waiting. However, they still acted like I had all day. When I tried to express that I'd already waited outside for over 15 minutes, she literally acted as if she hadn't heard me - she ignored my statement until I asked if she was going to acknowledge what I had said. Only then did she say anything. Apparently, their policy is to serve one car at a time, NO MATTER how long that takes. They need to do better than that, perhaps a system where you circle around or come back in 15 minutes. Something other than expecting everyone in the drive thru to spend their day guessing at how long it might take ... 15 minutes? 30 minutes? All day???Also, sometimes you'll get an alert in the app that you have to call the pharmacy ... again, the wait times are ridiculous. If/when they answer the phone, they immediately put you back on hold without so much as a "hello, please hold" first. I've also been on hold for over 30 minutes without so much as talking to anyone, only to hang up bc, again, I have other things to do with my life than sit on hold waiting on walgreens to actually offer good customer service.I'm definitely done with this pharmacy.

Wow, this place is useless. Just moved here and have no family or friends close by. My 4 year old is home with the flu and needs pedialyte and I have an antibiotic ready which is needed for an infection. So I try to get 1 hour delivery, because they say they do 1 hour delivery and I don't even get someone on the phone for 5 hours!! Just to tell me they don't do 1 hour delivery. So I will pack my sick child up, pray he doesn't choke on vomit in his car seat and come get what I need! Will NOT use them, ever again!!!
