I have been dealing with this pharmacy over 10 years. They use to be top of the line but something has happened. They are normally out of stock of med, staff is very short and rude with customers, grossly understaffed. I don't know who is running the pharmacy but they need to bring the old manager back. Apparently he is the only one who knew how.

I GIVE A TWO STAR DUE TO THE SIMPLE FACT THAT THEY JUST WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE HARDLY EVER AND MOST OF THE TIME WHEN THEY DO THEY’LL JUST PICK UP HANG UP OUR PICK UP AND PUT YOU ON HOLD WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE WORD MY GUESS THE THEORY IN DOING THIS IS THAT WE’LL GET SO FEISTESTES BY THE LONG HOLD TIME THAT WE’LL HANG UP AS SAD AND FRUSTRATING AS THAT IS SPECIALLY SEEING AS HOW I’VE BEEN ON HOLD WITH THEM RIGHT NOW FOR A GOOD 15-20 MINUTES??‼️‼️

This Walmart prescription drive through for prescription on Route 42, in Garner frustrates me. They are so slow. For myself, there are too many back and forth tube transactions. I wish they had a simpler, more efficient way to handle drive-thru Rx pick up

Over the past several months I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. After ordering a refill of my prescription online, I also have to call the pharmacy to make sure that it is in fact ordered. After several attempts at either calling the pharmacy directly or coming into the store to have the prescription ordered, I then have to call back day after day to get them to fill the prescription. I have no idea why I've been having so many issues here because this used to be a great pharmacy with great staff. I usually don't write reviews on anything but this has been an ongoing issue for some time now and they have gone down hill. I'm sure that they do have the potential to be a good pharmacy again once issues are brought to light and changes are made.

Don't try to fill up your prescription here! Bad group of pharmacy people. Very judgy and not really willing to help. I don't think they really know the value of working in a pharmacy. Nasty attitudes!

Do not use. Needed antibiotics for an upcoming surgery. They sent a text message for 3 days it was ready. I called at 10 am and confirmed with a human that it was ready. Went to pick up, they didn't have it. At all. Had to go to Walgreens to get it. Very stressful.

Bad experience with them. They told me come after 20 minutes to pick your prescription I give them more than 45 minutes I went to pick up my prescription but wasn’t ready yet.

Convenient pharmacy with a usually friendly staff. My issue is they NEVER charge the actual posted GoodRx prices. I have my GoodRx on file with them, and they always tell me they applied the discount. Just before I came in to pick up my two meds, I printed out the current price off the GoodRx website. My total should have been $55, but Walmart (once again) charged me more - this time it was $67 total. I asked again why they were charging more, and even showed the counterperson the freshly printed coupons. Her only response was for me to "call GoodRx". She would not accept the coupons or even discuss the situation with a Pharmacist or Supervisor. The amount Walmart charged me was less then the full retail amount, but not what GoodRx said it should be.

Professional, friendly and hard working staff.Yes, very busy, but they handle it well.One suggestion: Send the customers with grocery orders to the grocery checkout lines.The pharmacy customers in line for prescriptions deserve consideration from these short-cut seekers.

Walmart Pharmacy is a necessary evil that is part of my life. It’s hit or miss if you’re a customer of the pharmacy. It may take 3 hours or 3 days for getting a prescription filled. They are always pleasant though.

I left CVS on 42 . There very rub . Walmart help by use good RX before you get there . There prices beat walgreen and CVS . Walmart got my business.

I take 8-9 different medications and I've used this location for years. It's close to my neighborhood and I have the luxury of using the drive thru during off peak times. They have an auto refill texting app that works most of the time. It's just drugs. I've never had a bad experience with this pharmacy.

I like this pharmacy for the most part, but every now and then I will get a person that isn’t friendly. Also, wondering why the pharmacy is still closing earlier each night now. I understand why at the beginning and middle of Covid, but it’s been almost a year in March. It’s not going to be more contagious after 7pm. ??♀️I kind of feel badly saying that but it’s just not convenient for those who get off of work in the evenings coming from Raleigh and then driving to the pharmacy before they close.

My big complaint is the electric carts for disabled run out of energy after 10 minutes in the store. Have to change carts 2-3 times a shopping trip!! ‼They need new long life batteries ‼... I don't have this problem at Target, Food Lion, or other stores! Please fix the carts!!! ‼ The employees are great here, though.
