Every time I have been shopping, there are 2-3 regular check out lanes open, and then the rest is self check out. I fully understand Walmart cannot control how slow/fast people move in self checkout, but they can control how many cashiers are working.
As a stretch, thought I would post this in hopes a decision maker at Walmart would see this and put more cashiers on the payroll. Waiting times are always long. Other retail and/or grocery stores seem to have more check out lanes open than Walmart. From experience it is regarding store #5743(Garner), #1372(Raleigh) and #4458(Holly Springs).

This walmart is Great! Easy to navigate, staff is helpful most of the time. Quality is good. If you need something it's probably at Walmart.

Rude employees, never helpfully. Always stating its not their department or their problem. And now no one can even answer the phone. Tried for 20 mins and nothing. They just want your money and don't care what they mis charged you for.

Just spent around $180 at this Walmart. Went to use my debit card to checkout and it would not allow me to use my card as credit. I never punch in my PIN at stores because of scanner theft etc. I had to use my credit card instead. The store has all new registers. There was no one to ask why this is happening. Fix this, Walmart!

Amazing Walmart. There was a story time with Wolverine, I saw Poppy from Trolls, and there are so many cool shirts! 10/10 would recommend this Walmart!

This is a nice walmart clean and several lanes open with real cashiers.... a pleasant change from most businesses nowadays.

We've had decent luck finding certain items at this Walmart. Plenty of older generation employees, so they have a tendency to respond to your requests rather efficiently compared to other Walmart's we've been in.

NEVER GO HERE IF YOUR CAR IS LOWERED!!! I brought my car up here today for a flat and they told me they could do it, I left not even for 5 mins and they decline my service. The workers wouldn’t even try to service the car because they said it was to low. Meanwhile they didn’t even try to get it on the lift. I gave them many solutions to solve the problem, as i have never had an issue with getting it on a lift before. I had to take my flat and drive over to Just tires where they had a much more positive attitude and greatly wanted to help. Just a psa for drivers of lower cars never bring yours to walmart!

Lack of help..Full stock, unfortunately some has been returned and they have damaged items. Outside of that who doesn't like the Walmart..
