My big complaint is the electric carts for disabled run out of energy after 10 minutes in the store. Have to change carts 2-3 times a shopping trip!! ‼They need new long life batteries ‼... I don't have this problem at Target, Food Lion, or other stores! Please fix the carts!!! ‼ The employees are great here, though.

After 30 minutes of pharmacy not answering the phone, they finally did, but they said nothing and hung up immediately. UNCARING & RUDE !!!

Cannot stand having to scan my own groceries. Cashiers have severe body odor. My groceries are always mixed up. Cold with non-cold. Not smart.

Very big store, with an interesting pick up system. Luckily, everything I've bought was large, and I was waited on by humans. This makes the experience so much better. The staff was very helpful, explained the pick up process thoroughly, and I was in and out all three pick ups very quickly, without any issues, and with a smile each time. All of the items were in good shape and put into my vehicle by the staff. A queen sized mattress, a bed frame, barstools and a second mattress. Keep up the good work!

Took my Volvo C30 T5 up here yesterday to repair my tire as it had a roofing nail in it. They were helpful, efficient and professional. My tire was done in record time and they notified me so I could pick it up within the estimated time. The charge was only $10!! Wow, thanks guys! I am very pleased and would happily return to their automotive center with a similar issue, should it happen again. (hopefully not though!)

Every Saturday morning there is garbage all over the parking lot at this Walmart. Going to report this to corporate. Love this Walmart but the parking lot is disgusting. Have reported this to in store management and they do not care. Just emailed corporate about this issue.

In the past I have been extremely pleased with the Walmart Grocery pick up however the past 2 times that I have picked up my groceries I have gotten all the way home only to realize that I was missing numerous items. This is extremely frustrating! When I called the 800 # to make Walmart aware of the slight of items they offered to give me a $10 promo card and then begged me to give them a good review when I receive their customer service survey. They never asked about what I was missing or tried to get details about the situation to hopefully prevent this from happening to other customers in the future. It is very apparent that Walmart has enough business that my measly $400 a month is not going to make or break them as long as their customer service surveys report excellent customer service. I would say that the young people that help me load my groceries when I pick them up are AMAZING! Always so polite, friendly and hard working. So now looking for another grocery store with online order in my area that will hopefully care about me as a customer and want to make my order right instead of throwing promo codes at me......

Let me start by saying I try to avoid Walmart at all cost.... nothing is ever in its place and the prices are always wrong, so I decided to try the online pick up and it was great, until I got an email after the first email stating all my items are ready for pick up, then I get one saying everything but my dog food, so I call and the manager Amy in the pick up department helped me so much and was so nice and claimed me down the whole time! Shout out to Amy in grocery pick up!!!!!!!

I went to this Walmart because a book that was needed by my daughter was supposed to be here. No workers nearby to help me and I waited thirty minutes to finally get some help. A employee told me to look all these places but there was no book. The store was nice and clean but employees need to know where stuff is at. I love Walmart and will come back but definitely not a good visit.

STORY TIME WITH MATT: It all began one afternoon when I entered Walmart. It seemed to be just another trip to Walmart, but I was wrong. We began to check our items out at the self checkout, when all of a sudden all of the Walmart employees started yelling "Tornado watch". I was scared, having never experienced anything like this in my lifetime before. Quickly the employees began herding all their customers, into the frozen food isle. We HAD to stay crammed in the frozen food isle for at least 20-30 minuets. FACT: There are only 2 frozen food isles at this Walmart and between the 3-4 hundred customers in the store, the isles wouldn't even hold us all. NOTE: The reason I put 2 stars on this review isn't because I had to sit for half an hour. The real reason I have put 2 stars is because of the reason that they put us in a freezer isle and told everyone to abandon there carts. But, just as you might have already guessed, people didn't obey. I personally, and many others on the isle with me, also agreed, that it isn't a smart idea to put people on an isle lined with heavy freezer cases with glass doors, and have stubborn customers bringing shopping carts onto an isle of a store that may or may not be there a second later. All of the employees were just giggling and talking with there fellow employees rather than forcing people to abandon their carts. I would like to encourage this Walmart, and any other Walmart locations that follow this rule, to change your tornado procedures, and be more strict on customers during a life or death situation like this. This Walmart seems to be better ran than most Walmarts, online orders process smoothly, management is always present which probably contributes to the shelves being stocked pretty well on most occasions. Self checkout is always open. I come here very frequently and I never find myself upset with any aspect of it. I almost never have to wait to checkout because I just use self checkout. Overall consistently a very pleasant shopping experience.
