ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTSI have never encountered a more inept and purposefully unhelpful group of people. 1- they intentionally push you tohold and keep you there, have spent 30/40/60 minutes on hold on three different occasions. I stood in line at the pharmacy on hold and watched them hang up on me twice. 2- they can not find a prescription, the pharmacist was unable to locate a prescription two times and not until a tech practically handed it to the pharmacist could they find it. is this really someone you want to rely upon for life saving medication?3- they faxed information to the wrong pharmacy and then had no clue how to solve it or offer any help. I had to contact the doctor and another pharmacy for them to pull their heads out of the sand and do their job. 4- once you do get your prescription filled, which is never done on time, they treat you with utter disdain as you attempt to pay and retrieve the prescription.

I have never had a positive experience at this location after 10+ visits. There is always a long line both outside and in the drive thru. The pharmacy is never prepared to give you help with prescriptions and the workers are not positive or kind when helping you. They are always understaffed and are not able to complete orders. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for your pharmacy, photo, and more.

This pharmacy is the worst. Terrible service. Meds are never ready even when you get a call saying that they are. There is always some kind of issue when i go to pick up meds with little to no explanation. The staff don't seem to care. I've switched my prescriptions to a local pharmacy. I hope Walgreens goes out of business

If I could give this Walgreens a negative star I would. Every single time I go in it's a major hassle. The pharmacy is extremely understaffed all the time. It takes a minimum of an hour every time I go there. Today was the last straw. Would not fill prescription because I was out of refills. Took time off of work.. waiting for an appt with doc.. no meds.. copay. Doc says you should have plenty of refills!! Why are u here!? Go into Walgreens. They said. I don't kno why you were told no refills.. we will have it ready in 10 minutes. An hour later no meds.. no refill.. I wish I could get satisfaction from their corporate office but of course no way to even lodge a complaint. Negative 100 stars. Im switching pharmacies and I will never go back.

Waiting for over an hour for a scheduled flu shot. This place is a madhouse. Avoid at all costs.

YOU'RE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS! I had a refill left on my antibiotic prescription for Levaquin 250mg 1 daily for Urinary Tract Infection #14 with a refill. My Doctor advised me I could take it for active treatment of recurrent Urinary Tract Infections or 1 tablet preventatively before long travel for work. My refill was expired, so I asked the male pharmacist working at 825 Timber Drive in Garner today, on 8/1/21, to fax my Doctor for a renewal. The Pharmacist literally REFUSED to send a refill request to my Doctor saying that it was within his professional rights not to contribute to antibiotic misuse! Even after I explained about the preventative treatment, he still refused and said those directions weren't written on the prescription. After I talked to the the Store Shift Lead, she went to speak with the Pharmacist and asked him to send the request to the Doctor. This time he said there was a technical glitch and the computer system would not let him send the refill request. Wow! Just wow! When did Walgreens Pharmacists start REFUSING to fax Doctor's for refills without having my full medical history? If my Dr. wants to refuse my prescription, that's one thing. When did your Pharmacists become the Judge and Jury? PS - Your Pharmacist first told me he COULDN'T fax Doctors for antibiotic refills. Considering I'm a licensed NC Pharmacist myself, I called him out on making up fake laws! There's no such law. Too bad one of my prescriptions alone costs $1500/month. I'm moving ALL my prescriptions, along with my other family members. Why would you intentionally block someone's medical treatment, you weirdos?! That pharmacist needs to be FIRED!

They have 15 people all waiting for Covid shots, all past their appointment, i was 1.5 hours past mine, and instead of giving shots they are helping people find Flonase, and complaining about printer problems. I guess they have a captive audience but they act irritated when you expect somewhat reasonable service. They did not staff enough pharmacist.

I think the problem is they let people sit in the drive-through lane that have problems that should be addressed in the store. They are nice enough but I really have never dealt with a Walgreens that has this much problems with their pharmacy. Went to pick up a prescription and they had no idea what I was talking about even though they had been telling me to pick up my prescription by text.

Poor service, I would call and the would inform me.me my prescription is ready, when I arrive to pick it up my medicine was not ready. They kept telling me they were waiting on the truck. The next time they told me that they had put my medicine back on the shelf, after I had called to tell that I would be there the next day to pick it up.
