I've used SOS two times now and they make the process extremely easy. They came out within a day for both instances. When you have to select a service provider through insurance, pick SOS.

Windshield SOS was extremely easy. I left the keys and my card in the car. I came home to a perfectly installed crack free windshield.I've used several other windshield services in the past across several cars, but this was by far the easiest and best installation I have had yet. I had 2 windshield chips needed to be filled. Started making calls today at 1130am. Al, the owner answered and advised his daughter Amy would call me. 30 minutes later, called and said she would be by my place in 1 hr. At 1230 she arrived to my home and did the job in 30 minutes. I was a car accident yesterday, a metal bar went though my driver's side windshield going down the hwy at 70mph. Luckily no serious injuries. I spoke with AL Curtis from Windshield SOS and by time I got home next day at 3pm, my windshield was replaced. It's looks great. My husband and I was so happy with his work, his kindness during this and going out of his way by cleaning the glass off my dash, putting my things back up on my rear view mirror. And the price was less than any other place I called. I had an issue where I thought I would need to replace a window. Although I ended up needing another service, SOS came out in a timely, friendly manner to assess the issue. In the future I know who to call for glass replacement.
