As A Recent Employee. I Quit The Job And Told Them It Wasn't The Time Yet For Myself Working With Raising 2 Kids, And They Terminated I Know Who It Was, Tried To Get My Job Back Twice To Help On 3rd. Trucks Should Be Put Up On 3rd. It Has Come To My Attention Being In There Recently, These 2 New Managers Have No Clue What To Do And How To Run This Store. I Went In 2 Saturdays Ago And The New Assistant Manager That Recently Came, Sat In The Office On Her Phone The Whole Time I Was In There, While The Other 2 Workers Was Running Around To Help Customers While The Newest Assistant Manager Continued To Sit In Office On Phone. ITS The New Manager And Her Assistant Manager That Doesn't Know How To Run This Store. By The Way If I Could Put Up 2 Trucks By Myself On 3rd And Maintain The Store, Why Am I Coming In Seeing Trucks Getting Put Away On 2nd When It's Clearly Been There All Night And Morning.

I was really excited. How the young lady gave me my lottery tickets? I Gave. Tickets in her hand. My lottery ticket was put on the counter in front of my face.

This location is having some issues with staffing and systems. It is in such a convenient location but is closed randomly forcing customers to go across to the BP.

Terrible owner, the owner can’t figure out that they are criminally underpaying employees and are unable to even keep the brand new store staffed. Good for the employees for abandoning ship. Do better owner!

This location has always been a bit lacking in service, cleanliness, and product availability. Staff has a tendency to be apathetic or rude, slurpee/coffee machines tend to be down and lids unstocked, bathrooms are always DISGUSTING, and I've seen staff members vaping at the register a few times. Despite all of this, I still stop by frequently because it's convenient. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. My older brother and I stopped by on the way home. We both picked up some snacks and my items included an alcoholic beverage. When I got to the register, I was greeted by two (unmasked) women, both scowling at me. The woman operating the register began ringing up my items, then checked my ID. Normal stuff. The old woman with the bright pink hair (apparently the manager) then took it upon herself to call my brother over and ask for his ID. He didn't have it on him, so she harassed him about it, and told me that they would not sell me the beverage. She stated that this was the law. As far as I know, there is no existing law that REQUIRES someone to show their ID when not purchasing age-regulated products. I didn't appreciate the staff yelling at my brother, who did nothing wrong. We took our business elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location, and will be contacting corporate as well.

People that say they're low prices must work for them or have some kind of interest in the company because they are very high ??

I stop in and buy a large Coke Slurpee almost every evening after work since this store opened recently. Thats $2.13 w tax. I also buy $40-60 worth of scratch offs. Thats $210.65 - 310.65 per week spent at this store.Today, I was charged 10¢ a piece for the six (coffee) creamers, that I had previously obtained sans charge every evening since the store opened, which I place into the Coke Slurpee (makes it into a Coke Slurpee float) which I sip while doing my scratch offs at home.Thank goodness that I don't stop in the morning for coffee. That would be another $3.00 per week spent on coffee creamers! $12 per month. $156 per year extra for coffee creamers!I hope that extra 60¢ was worth it for this store. I will not be back. My business will go to Hess across the street and Citgo down the block and back to the 7-11 down the street from my workplace in Charlotte that has never charged me extra for creamers for the past six years even though the large Coke Slurpee is almost melted by the time I get home to play my scratch offs!
