The workout may only be 30 minutes, but it is full body! At age 60, it's perfect and the modifications to accommodate limitations are fantastic!The staff is personable and very encouraging!

Staff is amazing, gym is clean, and compared to other places the price is fair! Julie and Mike are great owners and trainers! Looking forward to gaining more strength and reaching my goals!

Incredible, full-body workout in just 30 minutes! I am not a fan of cardio and have never boxed, so I was a little nervous to try 9Rounds. I am so glad I did! The trainers are awesome! They help make sure you are using the correct form, encourage and support you, and help modify if needed. It is amazing to have a trainer to help guide your workout! 9Rounds has made me actually enjoy cardio! It is combined with strength training so you are getting a complete workout that changes every day so you never get bored! There are no class times so you can go at your convenience. It has quickly become my favorite workout and and in just a few months I feel stronger, and see notable improvements in my cardiorespiratory fitness, weight, and body measurements! My friends and family have noticed as well!

I went for my free class and was hooked. Kia was amazing with explaining everything and going through the workout. This was the most intense 30-minute workout. I love the flexibility of the classes. The class starts whenever you show up. I signed up the same day. You should try a free class and see for yourself. You won't regret it!

I have been s member for a long time. The trainers are awesome! I always get a great workout in 30 minutes. There are no class times so I don't worry about being late. 9round is the best!!

I like that there are no set class times which works for my ever changing schedule. I like that the workouts are different each time keeping it challenging and exciting. They wipe equipment down regularly, ceiling fans are on, and if the weather cooperates the doors are open.
