Gastonia Location is a joke, went there a few minutes Ago to get some prices for a vacation we are planning. However the people who worked there did not seem interested is helping.
They stated they had a meeting so they couldn’t help.
We have booked many trips through AAA in Gastonia. However we will not be be going back.
No wonder this location has fallen off, their employees don’t care.

Horrible ! My car got stuck in the mud and I needed it extracted to get to work . Got a four hour wait time .. well I had to get to work so had to get someone to take me and as I get to work and start working which mind you is 40 min away .. they decided to change the time and come within 30 mins and since I wasn't there they left ... (this is literally a ten min job to pull my car out of mud ) so we get back a couple hours later and schedule it again , these people were rude and gave me a six hour wait .. after six hours called back and said it's another two hours . Laziest people I've ever encountered , will be canceling my membership 01/20/2024 Had a flat and needed a simple tow up the street to get a new tire . Being profoundly deaf I wrote in the note to text me or call my mom if they needed anything . Well they must be illiterate because once again they called me and since I couldn't answer , they canceled my order for help . An hour later my mom called for me and they did the same thing and called my number to put me in queue for waiting . I had to go to work so I finally decided to drive my tire as it was flat , ten mins up the road risking it to do it for myself , but I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of care and empathy these people have . What's the point in have Aaa if you can't get the help you need ? Glad my membership is almost over

I don’t know the location of AAA. It was several months ago on a Monday night. Nevertheless, my experience was awful.It started with a phone call from my husband around 10:30pm saying his truck stopped and wouldn’t restart. I was able to get to him around 11pm. I called AAA and ask for a tow. At 12 midnight AAA had not arrived. At 1am still no AAA. I called to report that after a tow request at 11 and that no assistance had arrived. It was explained that all vendors were busy but that our request was “in line” and help would be there soon. During the wait I received “2” automated calls saying that an apology is extended, they are busy, but help is on its way. After an hour or so and still no AAA I decided to call to local tow companies on my own. Was told by a couple of companies (they wished they could though) their staff is “tied” up and they were not able to help. Around 4am I got 2 different AAA phone persons who assisted me with starting over with my a new tow request. At 4am we received tow assistance. I’ve been with AAA for over 20 years and this is the worst service I’ve ever received from them. I am thinking of changing to another company.
