It is amazing the amount of incompetence I’ve dealt with since buying furniture from Aaron’s on Cox Road! Biggest mistake I’ve made in years! Miss Kat has been great to deal with, But The delivery people can’t seem to figure out what to do, standing couches on end, scraping them up, breaking them, and leaving them behind, the wood in the couch was damaged because they stood it up on end, and the other end of the leather was scraped away because they slid it on concrete. They gave me a discount because one side was scraped up, but I didn’t see the other side was literally broken! Thanks for the discount for taking your garbage! Call and talk to DJ, and his managerial skills are extremely poor! Of course he blamed it on the other store and said he got it from the other store which I told him is absolutely irrelevant because it’s in my living room now and I bought it from him. They have no idea when they’re going to be able to get a repair man out, DJ told me the repair man has three other Jobs and does this on the side for them. Absolutely stunning!

My fiancé and I purchased a living room set a little over a year ago. The recliner has been nothing but problems. They brought us another one from another location. Basically same issue. The couch has a broken plug on charging station. Parts been orders for 9 months. No call backs or tried to make this right. Keep in mind, we paid over $4,000 for this furniture. Not happy at all

Went and picked up a tablet that I purchased from another location went I got there the manager was so rude to me I doubt I ever wanna pay for anything from Aaron's anymore I have 9 payouts and never missed a payment at this point I've lost all respect for this company

Ms.Kat at Aaron’s on Cox Road is a gem of a sales person. She has gone over and beyond to help me find my furniture. I’ll always come back to see her. Great personality and proficient at what she does.

The sales girl Kat is great at her job and always gets us what we need. The delivery guys are always careful with our home and are always on time. It is nice to work with a team that does what they say they will do. Give her a raise!

So i paid for my items Wednesday was told that it would be delivered Friday never herd from them on Friday until i called was told the truck was late coming in so it'll be delivered on Saturday between 12 and 2pm then call them while at work they said they called me Friday witch they didn't and said they called me this Saturday morning and they did but i didn't answer so they just came to my house unannounced and said they came by What without speaking to me that's so unprofessional then im told the driver leaves at 3 so if he's not here b4 then i have to wait til Monday morning.
