Aarons used to be ok. DO NOT do business with them. They have overdrawn my account 3months in a row! They lied and said they took my debit card off and did not . Causing me overdraft fees for 3 months. And took payments when they said they weren't. Here I am waking up this morning to Aarons taking money out my account

My name is Michael Veto. I have been a customer with you guys for almost 2 years. So after Thanksgiving I renting a PS5 Slim. The problem is I am being charged for a Slim and what they gave me is not a PS5 Slim it's a regular PS5 I have already reported this to the BBB I don't appreciate being deceived and that's what you guys did. A PS5 Slim is only $450 brand new this is the third problem. I want $25 taken off the PlayStation 5 that would only be fair. If you guys can't do that then I will have no choice but to take legal action against Aarons for false advertisement. Plus I want a free month for deceiving me. I also want to say once I pay off the PS5 and the bedroom set I will not bring doing business with you guys I will take my business with Rent-A-Center. Secondly I have a lot of your employees who think it's okay to argue with me, disrespect me, on the phone and my husband is a witness your store manager Mario has disrespected me several times as well, I have complained to him about his employees disrespecting me and he never investigated or even reported it. I knew he hadn't and I spoke with District Management and he did nothing about it I told him that he needs to fire Mario and refused so you guys think it's okay to disrespect customers and screw them over and not do anything about it is the other reason why I won't be doing business with you guys after this. I don't disrespect them and I don't expect to be done to me and again if nothing is done about this issue I will take legal action.

The delivered my tv stand and they broken one of the shelves and then just left. Called them about it and stated someone be right out. It’s been over 30 mins no one came and now they are close. Make sure if you get something delivered that it is right before they walked out the door.

I have been renting from Aarons for almost a year and I needed to rent a roku tv Barbie assisted me and they had the nerve to charge $23 down before they deliver the TV and when I told her I didn't have it she had the nerve to ask me if I can ask my roommates to borrow the money. Like I said I have been renting from aarons for a yeatmr and when I make my payments on the laptop I'm renting g .you payments are always paid on time. I'm what yall say a valued customer. They could had easily cha4ged me that on the third of October and they have never asked me to put nothing down when I rented a tv and when I added the laptop to that same account I didn't get charged for a down payment. I can assure you I will be forwarding this message to the district manager of the company and if this is how yall treat loyal customers like myself this will be the last time I do business with your company I don't think that's right. Please respond at your earliest convenience. The only reason why I'm not returning the laptop is because I only have 5 months left on the lease otherwise it would had gone back this aarons in Gastonia w. Franklin Blvd the staff is unprofessional and rude and their manager has no customer service abilities what soever he just rather Blane the customer for mishaps and has no respect for value and loyal customers he should be fired.
