I was nervous about having to use a CPAP machine. APS made me extremely comfortable about the whole thing. Everything was explained in detail, no rush, they took the time to make sure I was able to understand and use the machine properly.

Lisa helped me with several CPAP-related issues today, and here's the bottom line: Lincare management Is Not Paying Her Enough! I can't recall ever experiencing the confluence of attentive, thoughtful customer service AND simultaneous technical wizardry that Lisa exhibited. Truly, an employee to treasure!

This is the worst company to work with! Cannot get anyone to answer phone . Recieved a Cpap 3 months ago and have not received a bill so I can make a payment and websight will not let me register on line.So frustrating!! Will discuss this with my provider!

We were at the Lincare in Gastonia N.C. Lisa the technician did an awesome job, fitting me with the proper equipment for my CPAP machine. Which I been having such a hard time for almost a year. She was very professional and helpful. We need more people like her, who care about what we go through. Again Thank you Lisa. The Yampierre's.

My mother is from out of town and we had alot of issues with her cpap machine that we could not get anywhere with her normal supplier. Lisa in the Gastonia office was able to help us and explained alot to us about that particular machine and different supplies. My mom is now getting in 8 or more hours instead of the 4 she was getting before. Lisa is great and we highly recommend her to everyone.

I recently started using a cpap machine. Lincare has been great to work with, especially Lisa. She helped me get the mask that works best for me. She met with me to get the correct size, so I could have a comfortable mask that didn’t leak. I would recommend Lincare to anyone needing cpap supplies.

I went today to pick up my new CPAP machine. I was helped by Lisa and she was very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. This was a very good experience. What a wonderful way to start off your day. Her last words to me was…Happy Sleeping!!?

If i could give them no starts I would . My husband was out of work cause of the covid & they took out over $500 at different times & put our account in the negative & a lot of overdraft fees . We got a bill in the mail & then the next day they would take it out of our account. When I qould call them I would be on hold for over a hour & them put back on hold . We returned his cpap machine cause we can't afford for this to keep happening . That was back in March & this is July & we're still getting billed & they took out more money . I always give good reviews for companies but this is first bad review . I would not recommend this company for anything .

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had the displeasure of going through. After 2 weeks of calling them almost daily to figure out where our daughters nebulizer was, they finally got around to telling me I could come pick it up at their office, if I wanted it delivered it would take several more days.When I got there it took almost half an hour for them to get me the right one. I could have ordered one from Amazon for less money and had it delivered the next day. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
