I don't know who the people are reviewing this place with good reviews but I am here to tell you that Donald is anything but decent, he is anything but honest and he certainly was not helpful to my family and I. He repossed my car yesterday (Sept 6th), my fiancée drove the car to work and after being on his feet all day long he gets to the parking lot and can't find the car so he starts calling me; I was close to calling the police and reporting it missing but something prompted me to call this dealership, and it was confirmed that in fact the car had been picked up; now it gets interesting. Donald claims the car was $1,500 behind in payments since March. I have tried to be nice to this man corresponding with him, speaking with him by phone and communicating with him through text message; he never seems to have time to sit down and go over these numbers as to why this car is so behind, I even have text messages to him asking for this and telling him the numbers seemed off; from June 2023-March 2024 I went in person paying cash; the last in person visit I made was at the end of March, at that time I asked him was there a more convenient way to pay versus driving there so often, he didn't like the fact I asked him this and that's when he began to start back up with the car being $1,500 behind, I told him then well I'm paying you something on it now this will make $400 you have received for March, of course he accepted payment, never showed how the car was $1,500 behind, never produced any kind of paperwork to support this claim; because I didn't keep up with all of the hand written receipts they give I really felt powerless to fight his claim so my fiancée and I decided to try and work it out and keep the car since so much had already been paid into it; this was communicated to Donald via text who lied and said he didn't receive a text message about this until I pulled out my phone and showed him the READ notification then he back tracks saying well oh I might've read it and just forgot. I began to become uncomfortable dealing with him in person and the atmosphere at his dealership just didn't feel right, I won't call him a racist because I can't prove that but I will say that's what it feels like dealing with him, him and the men up there frequently called me "girl" which I found offensive so I started mailing his payments from then on. From April 2024-Aug 16th 2024 this man had no problem accepting $1,800 in money order payments via mail, not to mention what had already previously been paid on the car with cash, the car started at $10,170 with a down payment of $1,500. As of today that car was halfway paid off we owed $4,710 when he picked it up yesterday so he definitely was being paid. What's disgusting to me about him is the fact that I had a phone conversation with him just hours before, being honest with him, reaching out letting him know I ran into trouble with my debit card and I didn't send the second August payment off on time and now that we are in September I let him know we would pay him 3 times because of that. He didn't say this is not acceptable, I can't do that or can we work something else out with the payment; when we ended the call I was under the assumption that he was okay with being paid 3 times in September. He had this car picked up within hours after I spoke with him causing great distress. I never liked him, we started having issues with one of the AC fans in the car a few weeks after we got it, according to one of his employees he was a good man who didn't mind fixing minor issues if you had just purchased your car from him, Donald did no such thing, in fact he flat out refused because he had gotten upset because I didn't want to listen to him lecture me about cars and how to maintain them that day. I don't believe the issue was the car being $1,500 behind, if that were true he should've picked his car up months ago not continue to accept payments, he had a personal problem with me, but

Absolutely highly suggest this car lot as they are an amazing people down to earth very well with talking, negotiating and getting something very nice and affordable!!! Absolutely stellar people! Donald the owner is always so helpful and reasonable in price. All the staff is nice and helpful as well. They are pretty dang quick of course depending what all you need done. But 10/10 recommend Donald and his people!

I usually do not write reviews unless I am beyond. Travis is the sales person who helped me find the perfect car. He wasn’t pushy, he was patient with me allowing me to test drive several cars until I found the one that was the right fit for me.
