Horrible company, gives patience a run around. There people are rude and untrained . Tell you one things and than another none is the truth. Said I was going to get a delivery and it wasn't me it was for someone else. I waited around all day . Than when I finally got my delivery ,the delivery man was rude and made me feel uncomfortable.Got suck in my yard, destroying part of my yard. And blamed it on me even after my boyfriend helped him out I do not recommend this company

Sorry company ever!!!! They will tell u they will call you back and never do! U schedule pick up day and be told a time frame! You will be sitting alllll day waiting for nothing.. called them they said we wasn't in route for pick up! You guys scheduled it.. said I would receive a phone call back from u and never did...way to go to treat people who just lost there family member!!

These people are nasty, rude and hang up on you when you ask to speak to a supervisor. They are very unprofessional to say the least! The delivery man was very kind and a gentleman, he should be running this office!!!!

Just buy your cpap online. You'll pay far more even with insurance from rotech than buying a machine cash.

I’ve been dealing with sleep apnea for some time and all over trying to get CPAP. I went to office and spoke to rep Brandy Lane and she provided great customer service. The turnaround time was very rapid from time we spoke regarding CPAP to getting machine.I would recommend this office to anyone.

Not sure why these folks have a local office because they just can't or won't help you. My service with American Health and Rotech has been disastrous and nobody ever wants to help except to transfer you to another person. I'm done with them .

They suck! Care nothing but about your money. Could care less about loved one!!!! Fight medicare go elsewhere. Very unhelpful and unempathetic. Too bad isn't their loved one!

It's so sad that people with illnesses have to deal with these disgusting human beings who are not helpful or polite. They are rude and unprofessional when you call make no sense when you ask a question. Shame on them

This company doesn't even deserve a star. In August of 2022 I went from a C-Pap to a Bi-Pap. Let me make it clear the C-Pap supplies come from another company. First I was assigned to a store 30 miles from my house, in another county. Second the young girl that fit me only placed a full face make on my face and didn't run any air trough to see if there were leaks. After many nights of poor mask seal,I called to tell them and I was informed I would have to pay $399 to be refitted. At this point I was forced to put my C-Pap supplies on the B-Pap. I contacted the supply part of this company and gave them the order information off the facemask that did not leak on me. When I received the next order of supplies the headgear came out of the top instead of from the nose and there was no coupling to attach the heated air hose. Next order a new heated hose arrived that was not compatible with my B-Pap and they sent the wrong masks, that did not fit and I no longer had headgear for. When I contacted the supply part of this company again they said I was outside of the return window and there was nothing they could do. I once again tried to explain all the mishaps that have occurred since starting with this company and his fix was to suspend services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they do not employ staff that know how to fit a mask and it appears they just send whatever supplies they have at hand, even if they are not compatiblewith the B-pap machine. I can see why this company has poor reviews. I will be making a complaint with my Medicare provider. This company needs to lose their Medicare contract, as they do not care about a person's life and well-being.

Do not use. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. They refused to return phone calls. Every time we went in all the workers acted as if it were a burden and a bother to help us. They sent an already-damaged wheelchair to my family member after her therapist had already rejected it for a different patient, then they claimed they could not help us because they can't accept returns on damaged products. They are inconsiderate and have no awareness/understanding for the physical or mental states of the people they serve. Go somewhere else, they aren't worth the headache.

Almost a year ago, the doctor sent orders to have an oxygen tank picked up due to my husband not needing it after a month home due to covid. They came and picked up the equipment and never gave me a return slip. We have not been billed each month for the tank. As of today still being billed and also billing my insurance. This company is crooked and scamming people. I plan to contact channel 3 and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I spoke to 3 different people, first Peggy who told me she was going to pull my chart and take it to the manager because it was urgent that I get my bipap. I called back 1 week and 1 day after speaking to her and spoke to Russell, who informed me that nothing was done on my chart and that he was going to put me on hold for 15 minutes and "process" my request. I called back today and spoke to Amy who informed me my request was still in pending and nothing had been done at all. Now I'm sure they are all sleeping well at night and it doesn't bother them that I don't have my machine. This company is horrible, I've been lied to 3 times already. Going to call my pulmonologist and request another medical supply company. Shame on you people for the way you treat others.

I only put 3 stars because the equipment saved my husbands life when he had covid. But trying to return the equipment was a whole cluster. No answer or response after leaving a message. So I just brought it back in.. when coming in to drop it off they were rude.. the lady cut me off while talking then came out with papers for me to sign and huffed and puffed the whole time like I was bothering her.

Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with various companies trying to fix their mistake. I just ended up returning the equipment and recommending to my doctor to stop referring people here, as it makes them look bad. Doctor office reception agreed they have many complaints about this place. If you have problems here. Please also recommend to your Dr to do the same.
