Highly dissatisfied with this location. I just spent a total of four hours on the phone with customer service because these guys didn't want to admit they signed me up for a service and charged me for something that I never requested causing me a month long wait on a refund that should have been handled within a week. And then on top of that refused to speak with customer service themselves to admit they'd done it causing the four hour phone call when it could have been handled within minutes on their end at the store location. Absolutely unprofessional and scammer behavior and a horrible representation of AT&T as a company. This store should be investigated immediately. I'm appalled at how ridiculously unprofessional they all behaved.

I went to this store to sort out an issue I was having with my cell phone. Salan came over to help me out He was great and even stayed late to help me get it sorted out but unfortunately we were unable to get it fixed that night. The next day I came in and Angelica came to help she also was great to work with. Both of them was very polite and even apologized about the mix up that wasn't even their fault. We were able to get the issue sorted out in the end. I really appreciated the help of Salan and Angelica. Their customer service is top notch. If your heading to the store I recommend asking for Salan or Angelica.

Audi is the best customer service rep i ever had the pleasure of working with. Super kind and money conscious . She goes out of her way to save you money and provide the best service possible. Patient with us even taking time to specifically address any questions. She deserves all the accolades this store can offer her. Thanks Audi!!

Angelica was amazing! She setup 2 iPads for our kids and gave us information on upgrades for our families phones. We will be setting up another appointment with her to upgrade our phones. Will definitely recommend her to others!

The salesman at the store was very rude and lazy I was shopping for a new phone and asked him to tell me a little bit about a few of them and he simply refused to do so and pointed at one of the displays hinting for me to do it myself. I purchased a phone he did not ask me any questions about what I wanted color,insurance, version nothing he really sat there and did as little as possible

Majority of the employees in the store are rude and unprofessional. While waiting to pick up my repaired device I heard an AT&T employee tell a customer that it's not AT&T fault he can't remember his password. He repeated that a couple of times. Then on Friday when my husband went in to purchase his device the guy was very rude then as well. They just do not know how go talk to people and their tone of voice can be very intimidating as if they are talking to a child. I won't be upgrading my phone there.i will find somewhere else to go.

I recently placed an in-store order for a bundle that included a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and an Apple Watch. Unfortunately, the associate who helped me mistakenly ordered the rose gold watch instead of the gold titanium model I wanted. After realizing the error, I called the store, and the same associate acknowledged the mistake. She advised me not to open the box when it arrived and assured me she would note the issue with her manager for when I came to exchange it.
When I received both the phone and the watch, I followed her instructions and went to the store. Sadly, she wasn’t there, and an older gentleman assisted me instead. From the start, he seemed unwilling to help resolve the issue. He checked for the correct watch in stock but found none. Instead of assisting me directly, he told me to call customer service, which left me confused since I thought he was customer service.
I asked to speak with a manager, but he informed me that the manager wasn't aware of my situation because the associate hadn’t left a note. Despite my repeated requests, I was denied access to a manager. He insisted I handle the return myself over the phone, stating they didn’t process returns in-store. Frustrated, I ended up calling customer service, where the representative was incredibly helpful. She processed the return for the wrong watch, placed a new order for the correct model, and even arranged expedited shipping at no extra charge.
Overall, my experience at this specific store was extremely disappointing. It wasn’t busy at all, yet the staff showed no willingness to assist me without the original associate present. It feels like once they complete a sale, they don’t care about customer service afterward. I've been an AT&T customer for several years and have never faced such poor service. Terrible store, terrible management—definitely not a place I would recommend.
