Batteries Plus has online software to find the correct battery for your vehicle, and they had the auto battery in stock- a name brand Duracell, and installed it quickly! Excellent customer service, I’m very happy going to Batteries Plus for all related needs. Highly recommended!

They have a nice selection, but as soon as I walked in the door the 2 guys working there immediately started following me around and wouldn't stop. I had even said a couple of times that I was just looking and that if I needed help then I would let them know. Eventually they gave me some space but they both stood at both ends of every isle I was on just staring at me. From the moment I walked in they treated me like I was a criminal or something trying to rob them or steal stuff. Definitely wasn't appreciated at all, so if you need something they have I suggest you go straight in and out. Don't look around at anything else or they may treat you the same way. I chose to not get anything at all and I left due to the way they were acting.

I purchased a battery online from Battery Plus on 9/15/2023 for a in store pick up. I purchased it for a bike I had just purchased. I was going to ride the bike to get inspected on Monday 9/25/2023. It started in the garage. I pulled it in the driveway and turned it off. To my surprise it wouldn't turn over to restart. After checking my fuses, everything looked good. I took the battery out and took it back to Battery Plus. The gentleman informed that the battery had fallen below 6 volts and required charging overnight before they can test it to see if it's bad. He told me that's store policy. I left my contact information and walked out. Once I reached my truck I thought about it. I've purchased batteries before that were bad and I've been in stores like Auto Zone and Napa that stand behind their product and give another battery. I've only had this battery 10 days. I walked back in the store and asked for the manager. I usually get the managers name but this situation I didn't but you can check the schedule for said date. I informed him of the situation and he told me that's policy. He also said that it could be dead because of a bad alternator. I agreed but i told him i hadn't rode the bike nor had i tagged it. A alternator can't drain a battery if it has been parked on a battery tender. I asked for a new battery because I no longer wanted that battery because it had gone bad on me within 10 days and it had been on a battery tender. I asked for a refund and he asked what's my name. He thought he had me.... He told me my battery had exceeded the refund time frame. You purchased it several months ago. I said check again, I had two batteries and I have 2 motorcycle. After he rechecked he seen that I'm a repeat customer and my last purchase was 10 days ago. I again told him I wanted another battery or you can give me a refund because I'm within the refund policy time frame. The manager gave me a refund. All I wanted was another battery. I simply took my business to Napa. All I wanted was what I paid for, a working motorcycle battery. How that ended up being a refund, I'll never know. If it would've been the managers own business he would've kept that $126 in his register but because he'll get a check regardless, he refund me.

Attitude as soon as I walk in. Simply asked for a battery replacement for my Mercedes benz. Charles asked me if I wanted a lifetime warranty for $21.99. I decline because it’s just a battery. If it dies I’ll purchase another one like I normally do. Usually spend about $7 on a key fob battery but this time it was $13.90. Fine, he proceeds to try and “sell” me the warranty. I shouldn’t have to tell you multiple times on what I need. Provide me the service so I can pay and go. Simple.

I bought a new 12 volt golf cart battery which would not hold a charge. It worked less two 1 day and golf cart quit working. We sent the cart to the repair shop since it had a brand new battery, thinking that could not possible be the problem. The golf cart repair shop confirmed that we were sold a bad battery that will not hold a charge. I returned the battery expecting a replacement or refund since it was only a few days old and would not hold a charge. I was informed that it just needed to be put on a charger, he would put it on a charger and I could pick it up in the morning. I explained that it is not normal for a brand new battery to require charging after just one days use and this was unacceptable. He said there is nothing else he could do and a replacement or refund was not an option. I told him to keep the d*#%+ battery and I would start buying my batteries from somewhere else. He seemed fine with this and made no apologies. We bought a new golf cart battery elsewhere and our golf cart runs absolutely great. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!

The costumer services sucks, The two old miserable guys that work there are terrible. I will never be coming back, no solutions, no satisfaction I just came to waste my time. Don't give them business and don't waste your time! Need batteries? Go to wallmart. Need lights? Go to homedepot. Need a phone repair? Ubreakifix will take care of it. Took my phone to the back with no permission told me he didn't know what was going on with it but I can leave it for a couple of hours for them to "clean" when I said no the handed me the phone in a very disrespectful manner and walked away! No words after I declined.

I would like to leave a nice review, but I visited this location three times and each time they were unable to assist me. The first time I wanted to get my key fob reprogram they couldn’t get the key fob open so I went and purchased two new ones. It’s crazy how this is the only location with a reasonable price to reprogram key fobs, but the person was never available…for me that is. Today called the store to find if the employee that programs keys fobs was in and the the person says yes. I was three minutes away. I go to this location only for them to tell me the computers are down and there’s nothing we can do. I’d literally just got off the phone with them three minutes ago. Such a waste of time..

I'm just hopping on here to say that their customer service needs to step its game up. I have an appointment scheduled for Friday and I won't be going solely because all of these reviews are TERRIBLE. Just making it evident that reviews DO matter and can really deter business away from a company/business. I called another phone repair company as well and they informed me they don't need a password to change my screen. They just ask I log into it to test it's functionality.
