Good luck getting anyone on the phone or finding help in person. They're good at taking your money, that's about it.

Went in to obtain a statement for an account. It's a Friday afternoon so I understand why there was a wait but after I was told to sit down to speak with a banker, a couple walks in the door and the banker walks out to assist them. I was there first and he knew that I was in his que because he walked up to me and told me that I would have to come back in an hour or wait for Kevin to help because he only had 10 minutes and was going to help the couple. I politely left. That account is now closed and they will NEVER receive any business from me.

I paid on my credit card religiously and on time. I made bigger payments to pay it off and they said I was out of sequence.. it scares me the money I have in a checking account what can they do to me there. My problem was corrected and I happy with them.The one thing that has that I have learned from Truist Bank is classism is more real than racism. If somebody pulls up in a new car and looks richer, they will wait on them first. I have had a bad experience as a white female that I will never forget..

Had to wait almost 2 hrs to be seen, while they clearly had workers to see me. They just continued to act like they’re on the phone. Never waited this long at Wells Fargo

Aaron Moore, a wonderful young man helped me and my aunt open a bank account for a trust. He was on time, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you, Aaron.

Apparently you have to know the bank tellers for them to be decently nice or patent with you and the recommended person on my app must not know how to answer her phone or call back and yes, I leave my name and number.

By far the best bank I've been to in NC!! The employees are super nice, helpful, professional & THERE in person to actually run the bank plus it's really nice & inviting inside as well as out. Not sure why other banks are phasing out their employee base but I know if you walk into one you feel like they're short handed because of it & it sucks!! BB&T still values people, their needs & deserve the customers. I'd never give credit where it isn't due, kudos ladies of BB&T!!

I went into BB&T today to cash one of THEIR CUSTOMER'S personal checks. I had to pay $8 to cash a check written to me from one of YOUR customers who probably pays a monthly and or annual fee to hold an account with you. In one way, shape or form; you are already profiting from her account so I'm frustrated that I had to pay $8 to cash her check. I feel like that is just another legal way big companies steal money from us.

If I could give no stars I would. I've been a customer at BBT for five years and I've had it with this location. The ATM only works sometimes. My last vist on 1/16/18 about 345pm. The older heavy set blonde teller lady has the WORST attitude every time I'm stuck with her. I work on manufacturing so idk if it's my appearance when I get off work or what her problem is. Today I was in a hurry because once again the ATM was down and I had to go in. She sees me standing there, can tell I'm in a hurry and says "I'll be with you as soon as I can" then strikes up a conversation with the other tellers customer. I waited like 4-5 minuites for her to finish but you could tell it wasn't going to be anytime soon so I just left for the BBT across town. I've had it with that location. I'm about done with this bank all together.
