We bought a gift card for COD MW3 for our grandson. We were told that the activation code would be sent to my email. We did not receive the email. We called the store and were sent to a support line that was manned by people in another country. We provided all of our info...name, number, email address, PIN on the bottom of the receipt, and we were told that they could not see our purchase on their end, so they could not help us.

The staff was helpful. He took me directly to the printer ink. He also directed my friend to their appliances.This was a pleasant experience. They have changed the registers location. They are now near the far right after you enter the main doors.Hooray for the person who took me directly to the item, as well, as assisting in the selection!

Wanted something simple like Chromebook just for 4 select apps and to research internet. Salesman showed me Chromebook guaranteeing me those apps would be no problem... surprise... couldn't even download Amazon! I returned the Chromebook wanting to let salesman know he lied to me. While talking to two other sales people this darn squeaky girl will neon vest comes with all her 49¢ of talking (mostly just constantly saying "yea" "yea") Even the sales people told her stop, they were answering my questions and concerns. Yes, I was upset for being out & out lied to in order to make a quick sale. At return desk we were informed that NO, you can't download Amazon app on Chromebook! How'd he know and absolutely none of the sales people did. Your best form of advertisement is word of mouth..I have a lot to say about Best Buy in Gastonia and the way they treat their customers! Sad their sales people can't be trusted to help instead of just sale.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Tucker with the geek squad. I had an appointment today to get the back of my phone fixed. multiple employees walked by me standing by the service counter but he was the one to actually help me. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. By far the best experience i’ve ever had with customer service!

Best Buy no longer has the physical stores answer the phones just a call center.Going to this or any Best Buy is a wild card and online stock is not always accurate.UpdateThis includes GeekSquad. Repair took three months and when we went to pick the machine up were told due to missing paperwork on their end not ours they would have to hold the machine until they ring our digits indefinitely. Still waiting on that call and our PC is still up there.The only person in the whole store that was willing to attempt to help was the GeekSquad agent Weseley. Manager wanted us to pay money to fix the situation after payment was settled months ago during the drop off of the PC.Again ask for Weseley if you want to get any sort of help. He is the only one in three months willing to communicate or help. He went above and beyond his job duties.

Absolute WORST customer service. The manager Christy is the absolute worst! Had to fight for my rightful return and didn’t even get an apology for how awfully she treated me even when I was right. Christy is the wonky eyed lady who is manager of customer service
