They have just built this one, and no matter what time I try to go(lunch or dinner) I always get “we don’t have any chicken” a whole chicken restaurant never seeming to have any chicken?! And the times they are willing to take an order, all they say they have are selects. KFC is right next door and they have chicken. You either have a big supply issue or employees who don’t want to work.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location, it will be my last, each time it has taken forever to get my food, it's been 30 minutes this trip, and I'm still sitting here waiting, a long with several door dash orders customers are waiting on .. bad experience all the way around.

Stopped her twice in the last 3 weeks after a event for my son. Both times I drove off very unhappy. The first was as I waited in the drive through and the other lane had 3 cars order and I was told it would be just min. Today drove through was in the middle of placing my order and was told to just drove around to the 2nd window. I ordered a two piece and my son wanted just 2 legs. When I get to the window pay and get my food it's just the 2 piece meal. When I asked about the two extra legs she said she must have miss understand and give me 2 legs in my meal. I said well can you just add them now and I will pay. She told me she could not and I would have to drive around and order it. I will not go back no matter how convenient it is.

Food was great but the lady in the drive thru window decided to take cash handed me my change and the immediately go fix my food herself she walked over opened the box put in the parchment paper picked up the fry holder and stuck her hand in my fry bag. Then had the nerve to get an attitude when i told her ma'am you just touched cash and didn't wash your hands nor put on gloves and fixed my food and contaminated the whole box I need it remade by someone else who is ONLY handling food and no monies. The manager over heard bc he was in the back and just pulled chicken up and made my whole order and apologized because she shouldn't have even been making food.

Not bad for a Bojangles. Like... the food was delicious as usual. The ladies working were friendly. It wasn't super clean inside but not terrrrible. My only complaint was how painfully slow it was. But I guess that's the price you pay for hot fries ?

Came thru the drive through wait a long time for order to be taken. Then pulled up to the window item missing from receipt and got a medium sweet tea. They were out of medium cup so gave me a small. Then forgot my bo-rounds and honey

This is the worst Bojangles's I have been to the workers are rude and lazy and takes forever to get your food. I been here Multiple times and always the same outcome I will not return, I drive right by this restaurant every day to go to another

I stopped by at around 8:45 friday 1/19/24The drive thru line was long and I needed to use the restroom anyway, so I went inside. After a restroom trip, & another 10 or so minutes in line, I realized that no one in front on me had given there order (even the folks who were in line when i went to the restroom), no one was even taking orders at the register, and the drive thru line hadn't moved at all. There was no sign of any progress or sense of urgency at all. So I left.
