This is the worst location I've been to. The inside of the building looks like it's falling apart at the seams. The representative behind the counter must not have been expecting an actual customer because when I walked in I was met with a blank stare. When I greeted them and explained the issue I was having, I was met again with silence and a blank stare. Maybe this person forgot they worked in a phone store, but I really got the impression that they didn't know what they were meant to be doing. When attempting to set me up with an upgrade, I waited for 30-ish minutes with no result. When I asked how much longer it would take, I got a shrug and nothing more. I thanked this person for their time and just left. Went to the boost beside the Big Lots and was in and out in 10 minutes. Don't know what's going on at this particular location but I was so uncomfortable and the experience was so awkward that I will never return to this Boost location.

Only interested in selling you something. The employees have zero interest in providing customer service or support. Not even to an existing customer of 20 years.

the worst company I have ever seen in my life bad bad you place an order you never get the confirmation email they charge you the money and then they cancel the order terrible customer service the wait is more than 1 hour and the call is short

This is by far the best boost store to come to in this area. Here the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and knew the products and services offered. Very friendly and fast we purchased a new phone for my daughter and he had it set up in minutes. Honestly in the 20 yrs with boost have NVR had this happen in store and this is now my go to store thank you.

Boost is absolute garbage. It takes hours to receive texts (even from Google). Their solution is a list of generic troubleshooting steps that won't change their network operations.
