Went to get a new phone and two guys were working, one was training the other....and he was not a good trainer, I kinda feel bad for the other guy the trainer was just sitting there on his phone picking his nose and telling him all the thing he was doing wrong...needless to say they couldn't do it, and i ended up having to do it online by myself...and the guys in the store did not give me the same options as the app did online, and it was gonna be more expensive in store then it was online....will not go back to that location

Christal is amazing, patient, great customer service to the 100th power she goes above and beyond the call of duty. She's definitely a keeper. I won't deal with anybody else but her, so if she's not working on any day at her location, then I won't be coming. She really helped me out before going out of town.

This Boost Mobile location like most Boost Mobile locations are completely useless. They post their hours of operation and then totally ignore it. I live in Lake Wylie and I have to ride all the way to Gastonia to get to the Boost location on Franklin Blvd a couple of doors down from Franco paints. This is the ONE and ONLY Boost mobile location that I have EVER found that is 100% reliable to be open when they say they will be open within a 25 mile radius of me. I pay my bill using these Boost mobile locations and because they are not open when they are supposed to be It has caused me to be late on my payment several times which disqualifies me from certain rewards at Boost. This app should be redesigned so that a person could leave ZERO stars because Boost customer service is the worst.
