If I could give zero stars, I would! I went there to buy a new water pipe and was intentionally sold a pipe with a deep crack in it. She knew it was damaged, and proceeded to sell it to me anyway, but by the time that I had gotten it home, it was too late. It has never worked. I will never freak with this place. Shady business deals. May you reap the karma that you’ve sewn. If I knew her name specifically, I would mention it. Terrible business practice.

I just popped in to get Kratom. I asked the guy and he pointed to the wall. We walked over and I asked about one of the kinds. He was facing the wall and only shrugged his shoulders. So I said, what about this brand? He continued to face the wall and shrugged his shoulders again. I said, ok.. well, let me try that one. We walked over to his register, and he asked me for my ID which I did not have on me. I told him I didn't have it on me, and he simply shrugged his shoulders and told me he couldn't sell it to me. I had my ID in my purse in the car but instead of going to get it, I said screw it because the customer service was so bad. I'm never going back there again. I would never ever ever recommend this place after that experience.
