I love Burger King but the customer service is terrible! The young lady in front was cussing and fussing with a cook in the back. I was at the window and the window was closed… just GHETTO… I could hear the manager saying to stop talking but the respect was out the window. I work with customers so I get it…and for the workers to not have a level of professionalism is just wrong. It's a place of business and you fussing over people's food… come on y'all we can do better. My food was hot and it was great but the person at the first window taking cash was not welcoming and the girl who gave the food fussed the entire time. I get it we all have days but when a customer is in front of you act like you care.

Employees have absolutely no personality. Service is terrible. I’ve been waiting for my food for the 30 minutes while watching 8 cars past me and get they’re food. Last time I will come to this location.

My family and a couple of friends wanted to try the wraps and fiery nuggets at the Burger King on Union. We spent well over $40 for our orders all together. My daughter picked up the order and hears "Is ALL that HER'S?!" To which another employee replies "YES! Those 2 orders there and the 3 she just placed!" So my daughter politely tells them "I'm sorry, yes. This is all for me." to let them know she heard them. Then they end up not putting in extra items we paid for, gave her chicken nuggets instead of chicken fries and so she had to go back around to get that taken care of. When she gets home, they'd given her the wrong sauces and I wouldn't be upset, except that I paid for a different sauce. The fries were all half full, if that. The wrap had brown, wilted lettuce on it and was dripping in sauce to the point it had to be wiped off on the outside to be held to be eaten after we replaced the lettuce with our own lettuce, but the really big kicker for me that just did me in, was the chicken sandwich. The combo was $6.99 and it already had a half full fry carton, but the sandwich itself! I opened it up at there sat a HALF of a tomato and to accompany it..a HALF of a piece of chicken. I mean, seriously?! What happened to the other half of my chicken sandwich? Did it go on the chicken wrap? Is this what Burger King is doing to save on foodcost?! That's just sad, BK. So, I called the store immediately upon noticing and to my dismay, whomever was picking up the phone on the other end, only wanted to sit in silence for about 2 to 3 minutes, before hanging up on me. This occurred 4 times and I gave up, put the chicken sandwich and half carton of fries in a ziploc bag, and I plan on taking that mess back to them tomorrow for a full refund. This particular BK is getting more and more slack each day and they don't care. A few weeks ago, a MANAGER brought me out pieces of lettuce in a wrapper in a bag, after I'd told them my whopper had no lettuce or tomato on it. When I walked in to let the manager know that I wasn't happy about his behavior or the food and he could have the sandwich and lettuce back, I walked in to hear him and his staff of about 5 girls, all cackling over what he'd just done and talking about it. I was livid, but remained calm and just told him How would he feel if someone treated his mother, sister or aunt that way and when I walked off to leave, he yelled have a good day and started right back to laughing. I think this particular BK will have the last of my business now. They've shown they just don't care!!

I went through the drive through this morning, and Crystal J. and Tiesha P. treated me beautifully! They both came with compliments and smiles and my sandwiches were hot and fresh. Thanks for the early morning smiles ladies! Oh and they gave me a Burger King crown, too!??

This place is very trashy, and I would not eat here. The place looks very dilapidated and they close down the dining area very early around five. I received a coupon for a free whopper and was going to buy a medium fry and a small drink. The incompetent cashier didn’t know what he was doing so he called the manager and she was just as clueless and told me that I had to get a medium fry and a medium drink. If I were you, I would not go here and please your eating at your own risk. They have a lot of bugs and roaches there do not eat here. Customer service was terrible. Get rid of everybody.

Visited the drive thru received a fish sandwich & onion rings both were cold and tasted like they were heated up in a microwave. Typical OK will not get it again...quality of food has truly changed! Not good.

Like a lot of fast food places, the prices keep getting higher, but the quality is getting worse. The menu nickles and dimes you by having small size prices shown and then its more for a MED! Then the food is cold. Just eat at home.

Waited for 20 mins on my food and my food was cold after I was told that everything would be fresh and wasn’t then when I tried to call back up there to let them kno all of a sudden thier phone line was busy…. I will not go back I’ll go all the way across town before I go back!!!!

Burger King could be a lot better. The Whopper when made correctly is better than anything McDonalds has. When you walk into one, if you're lucky enough to find one with enough employees to open the lobby, the whole place looks neglected.
