I appreciate the staff. They take excellent care of my two children. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. I did not give them 5 stars just because they do not have cameras but my children are always happy when I pick them up and look in the same shape that I sent them so I couldn't not ask for much more. I do wish they opened a little earlier that might be the only reason I would take my children out. ALOT of jobs have start times at 7am so it is a conflict since they open at 7am. I would hate to say goodbye to this location but that would be my reason. But other than that I LOVE THE UNION ROAD LOCATION!

Childcare network was probably one of the worst mistakes I've ever made in choosing a place for my kids to go. I was very transparent with them about my son's behavioral issues. Childcare network refused to work with me or even meet with me. My twins were there for less than one month and I had to take them out as quickly as I brought them in. The teachers are terrible and refuse to work or adapt to your child, if your child has any slight behavioral issues they immediately call you to come get your child instead of trying. I can't even tell you how many times I was informed that my "child tore up a class room" "he tore up my office", how are you letting a FOUR YEAR OLD tear up class rooms and offices and not intervening? Its your JOB to teach these kids, then the lady always wanted to say his behavior was on me but failed to ever make any adaptations for my child. They put on a good front that they were going to help me and be there for my child but unfortunately it was all lies. If your child *isn't* a perfect angel who never has tantrums, I advise you stay FAAAAAR away from this place.

Very inconsistent with online updates to let me know how my child(ren) is doing throughout the day. Mix ups with clothes is a common occurrence. Not as clean as I would expect for a 5 star facility. As well, some of the child care providers seem unhappy and frustrated.I'd really like to know that the people who are hired to care for my children WANT to be there and consider it more of a calling than just a paycheck each week. So far, we don't see this at the Union Rd facility or much change for that matter even after speaking with corporate. Disappointed.

I was so skeptical about Childcare Network, because my children were at a facility that was extremely treacherous and I was so traumatized by that experience that I became extremely cautious and overzealous about my children and the care that they received while I was working hard and trying to create a better future for our family. Nevertheless, as soon as I approached Childcare Network the first thing that stuck out to me was their system, the facility had a very secure system where the parents had to enter a code into the keypad in order to enter into the facility (A Big Plus). Secondly, the facility did not have any doors (AWESOME) whereas everything could be seen out in the open and nothing was hidden or unrevealed to parents coming in and out when picking up or dropping off children. Third, these teachers actually work with the children and teach them and educate them instead of just letting them run all over the place to pass time (A HUGE PLUS). Fourth, The Coordinator sits in front of the camera and does not let anything get bypassed she is very adamant about the safety of the children (An Super Plus), although the staff are very friendly and greets me every morning and every evening with a smile they take great care of the children I swear they are like my children’s second mom. lol (An Super Duper Plus) and I am very content and secure and at AWE with this facility I wish I’d searched a bit more and choose this facility for my children in the beginning. The first day my children started they went into their classroom full of excitement. I swear you’d never know that it was their first day. They normally would cry at their previous daycare and that is what had me so much in shock, honestly I was so worried about them attending a new daycare and meanwhile they were more than ready to dive-in and interact with the other children. Also, my daughter would always have bruises on her at the previous facility and fighting all the time now she is the sweetest thing she doesn’t come home with all kinds of unexplained bruises or tries to fight she is still a little bossy but not violent with it. As for my son he was not as talkative as he is now. Very, Very Impressive I feel like children can get vibes about a negative and positive environment and they react to it in many ways. Their reaction left me at peace. There are so many amazing experiences and accomplishments my children have exhibited that it could take me a whole other 2 or 3 pages to write (lol). But if you are a parent looking for nothing but the best and nothing less childcare facility……. Childcare Network #99 on Union Road is the best facility that I would recommend for you and your child. Absolutely a commendable facility. I LOVE IT!!!! YOU WILL TOO!!! TRUST ME!!!!!

I could not ask for a better daycare! I have tried 5 different daycares in Gastonia, and this is the only one that I approve of. I showed up to look at the place without an appointment and the teacher in the baby room was down on the floor with all the babies singing to them. Many daycares I visited were not actually spending time with the babies. I have a 5 month old and a 3 year old and they both LOVE their teachers. I was very nervous about putting a young baby in daycare but the teachers do an outstanding job! The 3 year old teachers are just as amazing! The 2 ladies up front are always polite, sweet, and helpful. Everybody there is absolutely wonderful!

I was in awe of this childcare center when I first entered. It was so clean and smelled very good. I had toured several centers and home-cares before stopping at the Childcare Network on Union Road. But I was very pleased at the clean appearance and friendly staff. the assistant director greeted me and took me on a tour of the facility. At the end I had a chance to talk with the director and she was a pleasure to talk with also. i give this center a thumbs up.
