Essentially they do not have restrooms here, they don't care if people post up in the bathroom for hours to sleep or do drugs.

They have a sign up advertising the bathroom at the entry before walking to the back but will not allow paying customers to use the restroom. The store clerk told me when I first asked could I use the restroom that the women’s bathroom was “out of order” but the men’s bathroom was available to use. I get to the back and both the men’s and women’s bathroom have signs (see photos) about the restroom being closed. Prior to entering the store I had already paid for gas at the pump. As a Lyft driver this is the most disrespectful thing you could do! If anyone should be allowed to use the restroom we should be the first on the list not excluding other drivers who work on the road as their profession as well.Regardless of if this changes anything I will not be returning to this store. No one should have to drive from store to store just to find a restroom!TO EVERYONE DRIVING ON THE ROAD! IF YOU DON’T KNOW ALREADY….DO BUSINESS ONLY AT THE QUIK TRIP!! THAT’S WHERE I NORMALLY GO TO GET GAS AND RELIEVE MYSELF BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE A BATHROOM AVAILABLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Has to be the absolute worse place to stop never stocked with any of the hot food condiments coffee machines dirty and inaccessible with error screens drinks not stocked correctly sale items posted don't ring up on sale never again will I spend my time and money here

Not a place to visit in the morning and expect to walk out in a good mood! After driving 7 hours of my 14 hour drive for some reason I chose to visit this gas station. Very bad idea. Staff was rude plus didn't listen at all. I have yet to figure out why people who so clearly hate working with the public, and so obviously destroys to even be polite chose to work in a customer service environment. Thanks for making an already difficult trip even more horrendous.

It was fine, stopped to get gas, coffee and some breakfast. Honestly food is not so good, coffee was bitter and food was almost like it became cold and they just reheated it again it was hard

It was a good place to stop and get some gas, cigarettes, and a cold beer.....but you know how it is when you go to a convince store everyone is needing some change and directions to there next stop....lol

Usually a great experience and always good customer service except the new short girl with the red dreads or braids and glasses. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

I bought a canadian bacon sandwich, And when i opened it to my suprise the buns had been covered in mold. It was Uneatable and disgusting. I would not recommend this place for any type of food besides closed packaged food that doesnt mold. I do not know why they do not regularly check their experiation dates to avoid this from happening.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a gas station. I go to fill my tank and go To The bathroom. Lady comes out after me waiting for awhile and makes a joke “ That wasn’t me!” I kinda brushed it off until I saw how incredibly disgusting it was. I went to the register to ask someone to clean it please and the lady behind the counter was the same one who came out the bathroom.I asked her if she would clean it and she said no, she was busy. Mind you she was doing nothing as the guy who was there with her was working the register. She could have cleaned the bathroom but chose to tell me to go to another Circle K to use their clean restroom. She was aggressive and rude and followed me out the store yelling “Do you want to know my name totell them?” She doesn’t care about her job in any manner and she showed that.Now I don’t know how the managers choose to train employees but I assure you it’s not to be lazy and disgusting and tell a customer to go spend their money elsewhere.

Avoid this gas station if you can. As you can see in the picture several pumps are most likely out and receipts are usually out of paper or jammed at the pump.

If I could give this place a one I would if I could give the police a 5 I would do so as well, they were very understanding and very polite, did a great job at trying to help and also get the situation from getting out of hand. My nephew and my son went there to get gas they paid for 11.00 worth. After my nephew got in the car to leave he noticed he didn't have his phone so he went back and checked the store, my son called me to tell me my nephew left his phone in the store he just got and that it was stolen. I told my nephew to go back in and ask the man was he a manager and he said yes and then he asked him could he pull the cameras and see if someone picked up his phone in there and he yelled NO! So I said wait a minute why did he just yell at you and he said idk so I said ask him again while I'm still on the phone, he said sir I just want to see can you pull the cameras my brand new phone is missing, he said NO GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY STORE!!!!!! (Me) what wowwwwwww really did he just tell u to get tf out of his store, my nephew yes mam, then he said I'm going to call the police on you. I told him leave and I'll be up there in about 35 minutes. I left home drove all the way up there and the clerk Tony had not called the police so I pulled to a gas pump and called myself, I was livid. By the time they got there my nephew got there and he used his lil brothers phone to pull up the location. At the time the phone was still saying it was located at that address but when we left and came back it said 200-214 Armstrong so the man must have thrown the phone in a bush somewhere, it would not give us the precise location because it was dead! It was in the vicinity we just have no idea where because of the off location it gives when dead. The police spoke with the general manager and she said the cameras were broken. That's why he felt so comfy taking the phone talking junk and running back and forth to his car! He lied and said he never said he was a manager and he lied and said he didn't say any of the other stuff or curse when I was on the phone and I heard him. We parked up the street and started trying to pin point the phone and he called the police out again, when he pulled up I told him we wasn't thinking about dude, I told him I handle business with pen and paper not with violence, I let him know we were just out there looking thru trash cans and stuff. He went and talked to the man and left. We didn't find my nephews phone. I know the man Tony behind the clerks desk stole it because he straight blanked for no reason, either that or he doesn't care fit ppl of another origin. Either way it was very unprofessional as a clerk, these young men are respectful, responsible 18 years old and humble. So the way he came at him can't be looked over! These kind of ppl should not be working in any store and I hope by the time I get done talking to corporate he will be fired. We shall see but that will literally let me know the character of that company as well. If they don't fire him I will spread this on all social platforms to boycott that store! You never know when this could happen to one of your family members and for what reason? His behavior made him look very guilty. When I'm that way I'll never go to that station again even tho I'm not surprised, shell is the same company that allowed and Obama doll to be hanging up with a noise on its neck in one of the stores! Just complete and utter non-sense. We can't let ppl who work at these places get away with blatant disrespect to their customers, we have to put the pen to the paper and be heard! Shame shame shame. I tried to call up there to get the DM's info but he never answered. That's ok I'll be right in Gastonia bright and early to speak with someone. And they are not practicing any kind of COVID tactics there either, but I'm not sure if the law changed to not wear mask or not, I had mine on when I went there but Tony the clerk didn't. FYI: if you all see Tony please let him kn

Very disappointed in this store $7.99 for hand sanitizer & $6.99 for face mask you can get same size bottle for a dollar from the dollar store if they had it with this covid 19 you would think big chain Companies wouldn’t be so greedy and try and take advantage very disgusting shame on you circle K
