Needed new battery. Service took a little longer than expected, causing a return trip to pick up device. This was NOT due to CPR but due to a problem on the Apple end. Ethan sent an email as soon as phone was ready. All good! Honest, reasonable price, good communication.

Went in to get phone fixed because screen is cracked. I spoke with Austin who was very helpful and let me know it’s more than just my screen so was better off getting a whole new phone. I was grateful for him being honest with me!

Twice I have had to have the front and back of my Note 10 plus replaced and they did spot on work! Phone works perfect!

I went in to have an old iPhone factory reset. I paid $25 and when I got it back, there was an activation lock on it. I went back to the store and the guy behind the counter was like “yea, you can’t get past that”.
Thanks for letting me know AFTER you wasted my time and money. Don’t pay these people until you verify their work or you end up with a $25 brick.

My son’s iPad screen was completely shattered.
I brought the iPad in and they replaced the screen Within hours!!!
The price was reasonable and Austin. the manager had exceptional customer service!!
I strongly recommend this place.
If I ever have any issues with the screen, I will bring it back here.

Ethan is a man of integrity! My phone would stop charging after a minute or so and last Summer I thought at first it was my charging cables after I ruled that out I then thought my charger port was damaged due to multiple drops and previous water infiltrations. I finally decided to get to the bottom of it as my phone got worse as it would stop charging after a few seconds. Ethan said just needed to be cleaned with no cost to me at all. And now my phone is finally charging much more faster again. I learned a lesson which is to not diagnose the problem yourself and to always go to a a cell phone professional asap as it would’ve saved me from being irritated at my phone during my trips in Asia and Europe. I will only come here to get my phone fixed and I will always recommend this place to friends and family in the area.
