Was hoping the change to a pharmacy only would make the pharmacy more efficient but my past few pick ups have taken over 20 minutes sitting in the drive through (at any time of day). This location needs a better process or more staff - will be switching pharmacies ASAP

Get a call saying prescription is ready. Get to store and told it is not ready but will be ready in 30 minutes. Had errands to run and couldn’t get back to store till the next day. Clerk at pharmacy told us it wouldn’t be ready till the following day. Taking our business elsewhere.

This is the worst place to get your prescriptions filled. We have had all of scripts here for years. Every month we get the same thing. Some month's everything is ready on time and correct. Other times, like this month, the pharmacist and his/her team miss a prescription and only partially fill. Then...when told we will pickup the next day, are told it will be ready. We wait and come at 6pm the day promised and are told it isn't ready and we will need to wait an additional 15-20 minutes.
We are done with CVS. Pulling all of our scripts and going elsewhere. I'd advise you to do the same.

Got an attitude just for asking what time they reopened. Is it now a crime to ask?

My wife’s MD calls in all of her prescriptions at the same time each month. Sometimes we are able to buy them all at once, other times we have to pick them up as we can afford them. The pharmacy manager. C. Williams, refused to allow us to pick up what was needed without calling the doctor (all or nothing). This was after the doctor’s business hours, which this gentleman was aware of, and would have resulted in my wife not getting her medications until the following day (at least!). I have been a pharmacy technician for 20 years. This is a control tactic used by pharmacists who rush to judgement about patients who have to use certain medications and medications under a certain control classification. These medicines were not early, so it is not a matter of abuse. After I spent more than I had to make sure my wife received the medicine needed, this gentleman had the audacity to tell me HE wouldn’t be bullied because I stood up to him. I will be filing a report with our state board of pharmacy. He is within his right to deny any prescription by the letter of the law, but to do so without cause is unethical and shows a lack of character. I also spoke to CVS customer service. Hopefully, they will not condone this behavior and will do something to prevent this kind of abuse of authority going forward.

WOW! I am utterly stunned by the incompetence, rudeness, and absolute lack of care of the wellbeing of the people who just need their medicine!! I am one of those people, so it is my duty to warn everyone else who I hope sees this, and most all the other reviews, do yourself a giant favor and stay away from this location and Hudson Blvd! Today I found out the sorriest excuse for a pharmacist I’ve ever encountered works at both stores!!!!! Her name is “Paris Friday” (seriously.) and she is frankly dangerous!!! Last month at the Hudson store she made my normal monthly medication pickup damn near impossible!!! She is terribly rude, self righteous, egotistical, arrogant, and just down right mean!!! She quite literally refused to fill some of my medications, despite them not being early, or incorrect in any way, because and I quote “Your Doctor may know a little about the body, but I know wayyyyyy more about the medicine you need!” That’s just about Verbatim. Just one of so many other nuggets of her “wisdom”, and complete power trip!
Last month when I finally got the Hudson store to fill my normal scrips, she literally gave me the WRONG medication for one of them, which the count on the incorrect meds was 65 instead of 60, and on the other she SHORTED me by 15 tablets! For her own deranged amusement, or whatever power trip this crazy woman is in the midst of, or both. People of G Town, STAY AWAY!!! If you hear that she is the pharmacist I suggest you move your prescriptions as soon as humanly possible, for your own safety, and well being!!! This pathetic excuse of a pharmacist should have to pay some consequences for her actions! She is quite seriously a danger to anyone who needs a prescription filled! Please fellow citizens heed my warning, and the other warnings in the plethora of other negative reviews for this location and 1075 Hudson, and stay far far away from both these stores, and save yourself from wildly unnecessary judgement, problems, and complete lack of anything that resembles professionalism!!!
I am following in suit as some others stated in their reviews it is so bad, that I not only am doing this, but filing a formal complaint with the NC State board of pharmacy, CVS corporate, and whomever is the “pharmacy manager”, at both stores… I feel it is worth the time it will take to follow through even if just one person sees this and is spared the vitriol from that vile woman, and the danger of her “filling” your meds, than absolutely worth it!!!

I can see why their ratings are so low by the woman's attitude on the phone.

The white guy who gave me my vaccine was nice and helpful but the young black lady working at front was so rude and snappy. I honestly was about to leave if it wasn't for the other guy stepping in. She need learn how talk to customers because she was rude to lady that was in line in front of me also.

No complaints, pharmacy runs very smoothly even when there's a wait. Everyone I've met so far has been helpful and kind, including the pharmacist. I switched here from the pharmacy right in my town because there's better staff availability and better customer service. I don't mind driving a little further to feel more at ease.

This store has a large pothole in their parking lot. I didn't expect to see such in a drugstore parking lot especially CVS's. I hope something is planned to be done about it because I may have messed up my car and I will be in contact with them.themthemthemtothemtheiregards to the damages
