This store has gone completely down hill. I don't get not answering the phones. You are a business and you are supposed to be answering the phones. I came to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist on duty was on the phone and completely waved me off as if it was no big deal. Used to you could be in and out of the drive through but not now. It takes a minimum of 15-20 mins to go through the drive through now. Its most definitely time to switch pharmacies.

I was excited to hear minute clinics offer yearly wellness benefit check-ups with our insurance, which saves me a long drive to Charlotte. We booked my appointment online, so this would be a smooth process. With me being a person of time, I arrived at exactly at 8:30 am, and then the lady who worked at the clinic came 4 minutes after which was OK. Since my appointment time was not until 8:40 am. So, she took me back to the room, and I had no clue I was missing a form. She was not the most friendly in relying that to me, but that's ok. I was still able to keep my appointment after getting the information I needed from my husband. Sometimes convenients are not always great. This location definitely needs to work on good customer service and time management.

Cvs on Hudson is no good they are very rude and slow. Being waiting on medicine for four days now and they don’t even answer the phone . Goodbye cvs on Hudson.

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Need to get my prescription transferred to another pharmacy.. that was at 10 this morning and it is now 4:27 p.m. Walmart still doesn’t have the transfer. Now either Walmart is the problem or CVS is the problem! I would sure like to get my medicine today that was called in on yesterday!

I have no clue in what has happen to this CVS but it has went completely down.I understand that it flu season, for an order to be called in an entire day before. And you come the next day and it's still not ready is ridiculous. I've always came here and has never had this happen. I do see a whole new crew working. They will not answer the phones. Second time in one day coming to pick up my prescription. It's time for another location.

We had an appointment at 2 o’clock and we came in entered everything in on the kiosk and it’s 201 and they refuse to see my daughter.

I have read other comments and I too have had horrible experiences with this pharmacy especially the pharmacist themselves. I have a problem with these people just about every month with the same prescription! Terrible attitudes & not willing to help you. Seems like they are always out of stock even though I get the same medicine every month. The pharmacist was very hateful and would not help me at all. So I am just fed up. She was so hateful too. Taking my business elsewhete!

I love my CVS!! My pharmacist is so kind and helpful!! I had several questions with purchases one day that Elonda helped me with. She was so pleasant and happy to help.

The pharmacist at this location made a disrespectful comment to me as if I wouldn't have recognized that it was a microaggression. I'm convinced that this pharmacist hires people that duplicate her same bigoty views. The audacity for her to be a minority herself but projects such negative views of people that she doesn't know. This wasn't my first negative experience at this location. I recommend "diversity and inclusivity training"! Would be beneficial to the staff at this location!

The pharmacy employees at the store are a nightmare. I've never seen the actual pharmacist back there, but the hourly staff in this particular pharmacy location, really should not be dealing with customers. They basically ignore you until it's clear you're getting frustrated waiting to be helped, and then they don't listen to anything you say when they finally do come ask what you need.
