This is the slowest place known to man, you would be better off going to school to be a chemist and making your on medicine, not only would it be cheaper, but you could do all that before your prescription is filled. This place is purgatory, it never gets better, only slower. I'm not sure how it takes hours to fill a script, they must have cots under the counter where they sleep.

This is for the CVS on Court drive in Gastonia N.C. Amanda that works in the pharmacy at the drive-thur window is one of the rudest people that I have ever had to deal with in customer service. She should be fired!!! Her attitude is horrible. If I could give less than one star I would. This use to be a good pharmacy. Not any more.

They are horrible. One of the Main reasons for Drive thru is so those who are sick do not have to come in. Why are they making me come in to add and bill the correct insurance? Typically they charge a small amount which I pay (scamming ) but not this time. This is not the first time or fifth but this time I’m fed up and I had to write a review. This is horrible customer service and these practices and systems need to be looked into.

If you’re looking to get an efficient, responsive and polite pharmacy, please take your prescription to the walgreens on e franklin blvd. the staff here is so rude and disrespectful. i was trying to understand what was being explained to me and asked a question about my prescription (currently 2 days with out it)only to be down with nothing but a disrespectful remark from the tech at the window today. multiple times i’ve sat and waiting for someone to help me at the window just for me to have to drive away and try again three more times throughout the week. i wouldnt be upset with it if there were specific hours that detailed their lunch break.

The lady at the pharmacy was so rude to me that I left in tears. All I wanted to do was ask about transferring a prescription. I am not a pill seeker, it was a cream that I was asking about.
The store manager was very kind to me when I spoke to her about it. Everyone else in the store was great. I will NEVER use that pharmacy again. To anyone else who has to deal with her I am sorry. I even apologized to the man behind me in line for her! CVS get some good kind people for your pharmacy. The folks at Target CVS were great.

I have been coming to this CVS for many years & it has gone so downhill that I only use it for one prescription now. But today I had to deal with the rudest & most unhelpful person named Logan. First when I asked to speak with his manager he said he was the manager, but when I asked again for anyone above him all of a sudden there was another manager to speak with! Then as I was told she'd be w me in a moment I tried to ask Logan one more question & he literally shut the window while I was talking, & walked away waving his hands & shaking my head side to side. Thankfully Mia was a huge help, which leads me to wonder if she could answer that question then why was it such a problem for him? All I know is I'm grateful Mia was able to answer my question, but people like Logan w those nasty attitudes & poor training are the reason I'm moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Tighten up CVS, you guys have REALLY dropped the ball.

If you are looking for just basic minimum customer service DO NOT use this pharmacy #4490. They have THE worst attitudes and don't listen to what you are trying to tell them. They will also refuse to return your phone call because they said what they said and aren't changing their minds.
Since they wouldn't return my call I had to go to my local CVS to have my prescription transfered to another location that had the medication in stock.
If you see Mya or her partner working don't even bother they'll make you lose every bit of religion you have and then some. Corporate has been contacted and the district manager notified.

The people in the pharmacy. Is nasty and rude they don’t care. They don’t try to help they throw the medicine. With a oh well attitude they are not professional at all. Just horrible please don’t come here.

Not sure why they need to close for lunch?! Plenty of staff to hand me my prescription and take my money. If I have questions for the pharmacist I can call back later. Good grief this pharmacy is directly across from the hospital. Maybe they need a new manager!

Do not use this pharmacy, they have terrible customer service, inefficient and unprofessional. The pharmacy staff has a very bad attitude. I heard that several people have the same problem. I don't understand how that place is still open

I was at this store on Thursday March 21st. The lady ahead of me forgot to give the cashier her coupons and he refused to redo her order. He argued with her and said, I could, but I'm not going to. The lady was about to cry. He was so mean. I told him that he should have fixed things for her. He said well, she had already paid. I could have, but I didn't want to. Then he looked at me and said, so what do you want me to do? Ring your things up? My vitamins were sitting in front of him. I thought, why else am I standing here? Then I said actually no I don't. I put my vitamins up and left. He was horrible. Big kid with a very bad attitude. I won't be back to this store. The people at the CVS on Hudson are always nice. I usually go to the one in Clover anyway.
