So here’s your honest review of this place so I took my truck here to get some Pdr dents taken out and I got back 2 days later to pick the truck up I see that we’ll the dents weren’t out as good as they could be ok he lowered the price Becuase I didn’t feel as if that’s the best it could be simple as that whatever I get home and get to looking at the truck and notice we’ll there’s 4 holes drilled into my bed and into my fender. You get what you pay for I wouldn’t recommend pay the money and get some who knows what there doing lesson learned??♂️ and honestly all they had to do was pop the hood and you could easily get to the fender and come on drilling into a bed way to get rust started

They did an amazing job with my car. I hydroplaned a couple Sunday's ago and the front of my car was messed up. I took it to them to get an estimate and we agreed on the price. Customer service was great. The price was affordable and fair. They were very patient and kind. It didn't take to long for them to call me back and tell me that it was ready. I would highly recommend them. Good people who were great to work with. ????

I have used dent ambulance on several occasions. These guys do quality work at a fair price. I have always been happy with the service I have received. If you need body work done in the Gaston county area, I would def recommend that you look them up.

I was very satisfied with the work completed on my truck. I had a sizable dent on the rear side next to the wheel well with a sharp crease and I was very concerned about the look after the repair. It looks like new now. Plus the owners are nice and friendly. Reasonable price, no BS. Please see my photos below showing before and after conditions

I have gone to these guys a few times for minor dents and car issues(locks). They have always been so very helpful in explaining my situation and getting it repaired quickly. I don’t review often but I felt this was cause worthy… Went to the shop, showed my truck and the guy said they could do it. However, he’d have to drop my bumper. When I got home I realized that there were scratches across my bumper that wasn’t there when I dropped off the truck. It literally looks like my bumper was laid on the ground and pulled. Then I was told it would take 4 hours, turned out being 7. Reasonable price however for dropping the bumper, using a heat gun and getting the dent out, however it looks hammered and spray painted, I won’t be using again. I have to take my truck to another company that’s going to fix the job(take bumper, fix mistakes, paint bumper, put it back on) for less than the price of what they did for it. . Guess it’s my fault for going the easy and what I thought would be cheap, route.
