The store was nothing like I anticipated. The selections were minimal, and the prices were mind-blowing. A lot of the items were gaudy or eccentric. It was like going into a scant, high end Burlington.

Visited Dillard’s in Irving, TX and prices were much better than here. This store is pricey.

I would prefer 0/5 but I have to give one star to submit my review. During a casual family outing and browsing through the store my family was followed throughout by different store employees. We were not greeted or asked if we needed help. I had to take my toddler to the restroom and was followed by a janitor who loudly pushed every stall door open starting with the one we came out of. It was truly unpleasant. The store is in such disarray and it's hard to find any particular section so it warrants walking around endlessly. It's disheartening being profiled and treated poorly especially from a store that has such poor sales. I called back to speak with a manager and the employee was rude, placed me on hold upon coming back she said in a snappy fashion "he is in a meeting" and ended the call. We will not return to this store ever.

Today 1/17/2024 .fitting room personnel very unfriendly approach,,followed me until I checked out, very snarky over carts ..AND MADE A SARCASTIC /TONE/REMARK...understand some people leave their carts with items all around the shopping center.....but I was followed by the fitting room personnel all the way to CHECKOUT.....today..bossing the security guard..followed me like a hawk..very unpleasant experience ......

I could give it a better rating if it wasn't freezing cold inside the store. Store is in a shut down/run down mall, that has ZERO heat.
I'm not freezing my ass off to save $5

Decent collection of clothes at variety of price ranges. Poor operations on the floor. While the women's fitting room has a line the men's fitting room is staffed but empty. Could have reduced wait time at store.

Lots of items to choose from. Very organized. Only disappointment was after checking out and getting home we found 3 items on our receipt that we did not purchase. They were of course rang up under a generic discounted sku like a few of our other items and then the rest of our items showed their actual sku #’s. I would count your items and check your receipts closely!
