Would give no stars if possible! Went to four different FedEx drop off locations in Morganton before findings one that had an envelope. How does FedEx expect customers to use their shipping service if they don't provide envelopes? INSANE! Also tried calling FedEx. Just an automated telephone system that never routes to a real person. Automated system was USELESS. AND one of the locations I went to was a Dollar General with a very angry and aggressive manager. LIFE IS TOO SHORT.......USE UPS!!!

They had the bathrooms closed for the rest of day at 6pm to keep from cleaning it.

I ordered phones to be delivered on the 17th by the 27th they still were not delivered. The automated system did not allow me to speak with a live person. Instead, it told me that my shipment was being returned to the seller because they could not deliver. I was home the entire day, and no delivery came. The was super disappointing.

The automated telephone system will not allow you to talk to a real person and cannot help if you want to go by the FedEx location at 1555 Rankin Lake Dt in Gastonia NC. THERE IS NO PERSONALIZED SERVICE ANYMORE.

Whenever I order anything I always fear that it will come from FedEx. With the name alone, you can guarantee your package will not arrive on the estimated date. Usually when the package says delivered, it comes 2-3 days later, and sometimes you can find it tossed in the yard. I recently moved to an apartment and needed a microwave. With 2 dogs and a baby, I knew I wouldn't be able to carry this up the stairs easily, so I ordered one online, and OF COURSE it is shipping from FedEx. I received a notification saying it was delivered, but it was not outside of my door, so I assumed it was holding true to its name and lying about the delivery. This morning as I am taking my dogs for a walk, I spot a box underneath the 1st floor stairs (I live on the 3rd floor). I looked and it was my microwave. Seriously? Who tucks a package underneath a staircase? I wound up having to haul it up the stairs anyway. It would have been nice to at least receive an email or phone call letting me know they were not going to actually deliver my package to my door. Pathetic company. I wish nobody would use them for shipping purposes! UPS is the superior choice.

*WARNING!!* *GRAPHIC MATERIAL* I had two boxes coming from FedEx in Gastonia, 13 miles from my house, overnighted from Florida! They dragged out the shipping process by flying the packages from Florida to Indianapolis, IN then to Gastonia, NC, when it could have been flown to Charlotte, NC. The boxes are CLEARLY marked as having LIVE ANIMALS, and they very clearly state the temperature the boxes should be kept at. FedEx disregarded the warnings in bold, bright print and as a result two of my babies died. There are no words to describe the grief my family and I are going through. These are our pets! No different than someone's dog or cat. The delivery person deposited my boxes on their sides when they're marked with large red arrows that indicate the direction the box should be set. I have video from my Ring showing him essentially dumping them on my doormat. The boxes were so hot when I picked them up I was alarmed. My husband and I hurried to get the boxes open. Each box contained a CryoPak, meant to keep the boxes cool in transit. They were liquid and hot. Then the sheer dread of finding our two precious little ones dead. To say we are heartbroken and angry would be a major understatement!!

They said they attempted delivery but no one was there to accept. I was literally in my driveway weedeating and there was no attempt at the time they said. I called and they said they would attempt a redelivery and call me back but I never received a call. I called my shipper at 7:30 PM to put a hold at facility on the package. When I called this morning to check on the status they said they received a hold at 4:00 PM which is another lie because I didn't even call my shipper until 7:30. The worst customer service ever. I hope I don't have to deal with them again!
