Buyer beware. Firestone Mechanics misdiagnosed my vehicle with an electronic issue then said they could not fix it. After taking it to a different service center and getting a good diagnosis. We found that the fuel pump was bad.

It was good service. Never received the final receipt for service paid. Also the roter cutting machine was brook down so I had to buy then instead of cutting them. Just my opinion.

While replacing my tires they broke a stud and wanted me to pay 100 more dollars to fix something that they broke by using the sir gun inappropriately. They will not be doing mine again.

My appointment was at 9 it took them until 10:30 to tell me I need brakes which I had already told them that was the reason for me being there then it took over an hour before my car was finished it’s like this every time I go there service is way to slow also I had life time warranty on brake pads they charged me for new pads I didn’t notice until the following day so I had to return to get credit for their mistake

People I delt with at front desk was awesome have no complaints on them but on my list of what they checked and said was ok my windshield wiper fluid specifically was bone dry before I took it there and they gonna say levels was ok how bout you have your employees do there job not just say something is ok when it’s not… kinda makes me not trust to come back if they would lie bout something so small cause they was to lazy to lift the cap and check it just my 2 cents 🤷

Very helpful, friendly and above all great customer service. I have also found them to be very honest and straightforward. One main plus for me is that they matched the tire price that I brought to them, no hassle. Also, they always have coupons available on their website.

Buyer Be Aware !!! I brought my work vehicle in for front brake service which the invoice stated was brake pads 1 new caliper and 2 new rotors & labor to the tune of $1200. No new rotors were installed, nor were they resurfaced. After bring the vehicle back to them , they said " We couldn't get the nut off " After my manager told them " That's Fraud " we finally got a $400 credit back on the company CC.

Mechanic broke off the stud and lug nut off of my tire when I was getting an oil change and tire rotation ,charged me $250 extra to repair the damage they did then lied and said it was missing but at the end of service the receptionist gave my wife the lug nut with the stud broken off inside of it. I used to like going to this Firestone but lately they’ve been going downhill I wouldn’t recommend taking any vehicle there they just are not trustworthy.
Update: was told by corporate they would call me over a week ago and the auto response below never emailed back, they just want to seem like they try to resolve issues while taking no actions or taking accountability.

I was told by the front desk associate that my car would be in the garage within 2 hours and that did not happen. This location is unprofessional and lacking support. I had to leave with a leaking tire since I had to be at work. I had a very horrible experience at this store, No management was there to assist.

I made an appointment here on a Sunday to have my wife’s car aligned. The appointment was for 2 pm, she arrived at 1:45. They didn’t take her car back until 2:25. There were only two other customers there at the time. This is inexcusable !!! The whole reason for making an appointment is so you don’t have to wait all day to have your car serviced !!! We probably won’t be going back !!!

Terrible job on a simple wheel balance. Technician put 4 ounces on once tire and had to go back twice due to wheel vibration and still done wrong. I had to go to different shop to have it done right. Do not recommend!

I requested a tire rotation and it was on my completed paper work but I know it was not done because I marked my front tire and it was still where it was when I left. A tire center should be very careful about making sure tires are rotated because that is what makes the tires last. That is how you make customers happy. I am not happy.
