The annoying fact is that they used to carry plastic bags, but now they say they don’t carry the plastic bags anymore and if I want a bag I have to purchase the blue bags or not have anything to carry my stuff out. Really annoying

OK, staff is super nice but half of the store was not priced. I literally had to pull up the website and search each item for probably six items to see what the price was.

I love looking around to see all the different little gadgets. I didnt get to look as long as I would have liked because my daughter had to use the restroom and it was closed or not open to the public. The water fountain was dirty and had trash in it. So I assumed it was out of order also.

Always has great products but when I went to the store it was very messy and unorganized. I barely could push my car anywhere. The employees were very disrespectful and had an attitude. The woman who checked me out was the same one I dealt with when I came in months ago, she had the exact same attitude. I thought about also applying there but I do not wanna work with people who have an attitude doing the job they decide to work at. I don’t think I will go back and shop at the store. If anything I’ll just buy things online. They also charge twice for one of our items, but we did not want to go back in and get a refund because I had a feeling that should be very upset by that and show us more attitude because already checking out they seem like they did not want us in there. Anyways just very unprofessiona not fun environment. When this place first opened it was amazing but now it’s just going downhill with the employees.

Store is extremely unorganized. Waited 10 mins to return an item. Associate started the return, was unable to complete it, due to manager on duty (Makayla) refusing to come to the front ring it off. She indicated that as was going on break, at 2:30pm, it was 2:27pm and she had the associate relay to me that I would have to wait until she was off break, in 20 mins. Extremely unprofessional way to manage a store.

I was standing at the register and the cashier got on her personal phone and told me to wait before I could check out. I felt beyond disgusted and disrespected. Please do better! I won’t be returning and will be sharing my experience with everyone who will listen! I can’t believe what happened to me and I love this store! Won’t be returning sad to say

My son loves this store, he's also 10yrs old. I thought it was kinda silly. Couldn't believe it was so crowded. Very unique I must say. Alot of different things!

My daughter and grandchildren had arrived from California for Christmas and wanted to go. I had never been and was happy to visit with them. They have much a wide variety of items from grooming and makeup to toys and books. I know that I always have a place to get great gifts for my grandchildren! Clean store and helpful staff.
