  I've lived here over a year and have had zero issues getting them to come by and pick up yard debris or excess garbage. The workers have also been helpful when I've had questions about what they will take while I'm remodeling my home.

  Seven weeks waiting on leaf pick up we’ve requested to the city four times now they’re blocking the entire street and all I get is lip service

  Unreliable….conflicting information between WasteWise app and actual services provided. Often times yard waste pickup is completely missed which requires a “reminder” phone call or Email. In some cases, I have to load a full yard waster container on a trailer and dispose of clippings, leaves, etc myself.
