Gonna keep it short and sweet! Pre-K program is a joke and so is the new director Bianca. She is extremely RUDE!

My son has attended Gina's for almost 2 years now and we have been so pleased! He looks forward to going every day and loves each and every teacher he interacts with. He gives me a full recap of his day almost every day!The staff keeps parents informed and are always very gracious and full of love for the kids. They have worked with him on letter recognition, numbers, and writing. Can't say enough good things!

My daughter has been going here for just about a month and this has been the best experience! Nichol is the director and I have been nothing but amazed by her and my daughter's teachers. I message everyday to check on her and they answer within 10 min! They treat her so well I could not ask for better care. If you are looking for childcare please call Nichol you will not be disappointed! My daughter asks for her every morning as we get out of the car! You guys rock! ❤️❤️

Out of all three of my children our last baby boy was the one whom HAD to go to daycare (mine and my husband’s work schedules conflicted one another). It was a tough transition for us all but I wouldn’t choose any other daycare over Gina’s Kids First CDC. It is such a welcoming environment; the facility is clean, the staff are friendly, my son loves it and I feel extremely comfortable with him being there. This was our best choice of childcare centers after touring so many within Gaston Co. Upper management always keeps us in the loop with activities and my son’s daily progress. He’s actually learning there!…and not just being “babysat”. He is only two and like I said it is our first go-round with a daycare experience as parents. Ms. Nicole made myself and my son feel safe during his first few days coming to the center. He cried at drop off daily as this was a new environment and new faces for him, and of course seeing him cry made me cry lol. But by the third week my son almost jumps out of his car seat because he is sooo excited to learn and play with his daycare family. I have recommended the center to other friends as well whom are searching for childcare. The prices are affordable and they have the convenience of paying online. I’m so glad we found Gina’s! I believe everything works out with Yahweh’s favor and we are SUPPOSED to be here. Thank you Ms. Nicole and Ms. Crystal for making myself and my son appreciate this daycare and providing such amazing service everyday. You are appreciated!

I am the current center Director and I absolutely love working here. The families we have are amazing. The children are the best. I have such a wonderful staff that works together like a team. I have worked for several owners and by far, Mrs. Bianca and Mr. Monish are amazing employers. They truly care about the center, the children, and the staff. Go check out our Facebook page for daily posts, updates, and more...

We love Gina's! 3 of my babies attend there. It is small, perfect for kids going into daycare fir the 1st time. The kids get lots of love and attention from the entire staff. Ms Bianca is amazing. They no longer have after-school care, so that was a bummer for my 1st grader.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. The director Bianca is RUDE! The teachers and most staff seem clueless. They don't respond to messages through the app they tell you to use. My child was late to school in which they were aware she would be late, Bianca said she couldn't come because she didn't have a note! So she would rather refuse a child time to learn vs her having a note for her power trip she is on! So glad my child has found a new school she will be attending. This place is a dump and no parent should waste their time going there! Glad we didn't waste too much time here! Oh yea, your kids can't bring their own lunch just because it's Bianca's preference! SMH bad experience overall.

I highly recommend Gina's Kids First daycare. The staff members really show an interest in the kids. They teach the kids the 3 r's on their level, and make learning fun. The children receive 2 healthy meals and a snack daily, and they get to play in the on-site playground everyday which has a variety of toys and equipment catered to their age.

My Daughter has been going here since she turned 1, she just turned 2 Aug' 4th. She loves it there, it's like her home away from home & looks forward to going through the week. She loves her teacher, so I just wanna thank Miss Ashley for taking good care of her like she was her own. All the teachers love my daughter & I never have to worry, I know she is in good hands when I drop her off, which is good cause I'm way over protective of her. Miss Ashley does alot of hands on activities with her students & teaches them new things daily. They also have water day once a week now during the summer, the kids love that! All & all, I'm glad we chose this daycare for my daughter, she will be going there for years to come!

This is a complaint against the Mr. Sanjay the owner, and Ms. Amy supervisor of Gina’s Kids First. I am single mother of Color. When I choose Gina’s Kids First, I had choose a place of safety, loving teachers, and an opportunity for educational growth for my child. But my complaint is the admistrative staff. Ms Amy was externally rude to me in front of other children. The situation could have been easily solved, in a professionally manner, with curtiously, but it was not. I was so enraged of how the this was handled. I know since there was no other parent to witness this situation, I was at a lost but report it! And I have ask other parents, and I have heard that my encounter is not a isolated sistuation. So, I am writing of this injustice, because we all pay for a service! I feel in coming out in the open, it would help stop this unprofessional harassment I experienced.I pay them for a service with my child, not to be belligerent with me, nor others! It has come to my attention that there have been a number of teachers to leave the school in a matter of a weeks time. It is Ms. Amy’s attitude and Mr. Sanjay short temper with parents! It does not matter if you are paying with cash or voucher. This may not ever come to light until I pull my child out of the school or someone report this situation to department of Social Services to investigate further. Mr. Sanjay has come off as being racists towards people of color! His short temper and being overly rude is probably why so many staff members have left his establishment. The school is presently short staffed. Since they are short staffed the quality of care is questionable. I am sure if the parents come together, that Ms. Amy and Mr. Sanjay, will stop this rude behavior against their parents! It has been hushed and need to be brought to light, of their deceptive behavior.A Concern Parent

My Children attended Gina's Kids for just a few months. The teachers and director seemed like very nice people until I started asking questions about my daughters quality of care and education. The two's teacher Ms. Kirby was not equipped to work with children. When asked what her lesson plan consisted of she replies,"we only do art in this class, they begin learning their numbers, letters, and colors when they get to the three year old class. Ms. Amy is the three year old teacher who is amazing. After a few months we had concerns regarding Ms. Kirby and requested a conference. The next day the director, Ashley called me at work several times telling me my daughter was having a bad tantrum. The next day, no calls but they informed me at pick up that she had a tantrum and this time, the director told her (Ms. Kirby) to record it on her cell phone. Those two days I picked up my daughter she was soaked with urine. I popped up after nap and she was eating her snack soaked with urine again. When asked why she was wet the director and teacher had no response. To make a longer story short, at the meeting, Ashley responded to us in such a disrespectful manner after I asked to see the video of the tantrums on the schools DVR. She outright refused to show us the video as well as refused to contact the owner at our request. By the way, the owner Mr. Sanjay has yet to return any of our calls. They did not come to the meeting with any resolutions to our concerns. Nor did she (Ashley) care about the lack of care and attention being given to the children in the center. As a result, she terminated our children's enrollment. After having 2 tantrums, this was her resolution. Please rethink your decision if you are planning to enroll your children here.

My daughter had been going to this facility since 2014 when she was 21 months old. It was hard at first, being in a new environment, but Ms. Kelly was so so caring and attentive, she quickly adjusted after a couple of weeks. She moved to Ms. Kirby's class and my daughter was singing nursery rhymes, identifying colors and shapes, doing art and toilet training. My daughter was ready for regular underwear but I was just unsure of her having accidents. She assured me that my daughter had been doing well with her pull-up diapers and their voiding schedule. My daughter did not want to pee on her diaper and insisted on using the toilet, which was great! My daughter was transferred to Ms. Amy's class when she turned 3, and they were learning about rocks, insects, counting, alphabet, etc., and they would have activities with the Schiele Museum visiting the center. They would work on fine motor activities like cutting with scissors, drawing in detail. My daughter then moved to Ms. Rourk's class when she turned 4, and they were learning how to write their names, write numbers, the weather, dinosaurs, Pledge of Allegiance, etc. They would even have some students to come and teach the children French. They had their field trips to the Schiele Museum and to a local elementary school to give the kids the feel of what kindergarten is like. They have other programs like the dance and music classes which my daughter enjoyed thoroughly. My daughter has improved posture and has shown interest in music (which led us to enroll her in piano lessons now).My daughter learned so much, it's hard to squeeze them all in one review. All I can say is, it's a great place for kids and I highly recommend them.
