The club is huge, thereby eliminating many conflicts. Unfortunately, like belmont, they do not enforce planet fitness rules. Thus, if a client wishes to monopolize any equipment, it seems he or she is welcome to do so as long as he wants. That sort of thing tends to invite conflicts between members.”

“I just had my first work out after disappearing for two months. I already knew the staff was friendly from my first few months attending, but the reminder when I came back was something so refreshing after a while. Of course they remembered me, they saw me almost every day when I was originally attending, but it still felt so unexpected and welcoming to have my absence acknowledged and to be welcomed back, from the front desk to the locker rooms while they cleaned. I really needed some friendly faces this month, and this gym gave me that, even when I didn't know I needed it.”
