My husband bought a suit for an April wedding here in January and was helped by a very helpful man. We were told that we could bring it back to have it pressed before the wedding and that they would only need a couple of days to have it ready. I took the suit back to them on March 13 and was told by a different man that it would be ready on March 26. When we went to pick it up on March 26, it was not ready. The young man working there apologized and told us it would be ready within the hour. We drove to Charlotte for dinner and I called before returning and was told that the suit was ready. When we arrived around 45 minutes later, it was still not pressed. The young man told us that it would be done immediately. We waited for another 15-20 minutes and the man told us that it had been pressed. The next morning when my husband looked at the suit, it was more wrinkled than it was when we took it. We live an hour away so now we are taking it to the local cleaners to have it pressed. There is no excuse for such bad service. I will not be going to this store again.

Bought a full suit here for a daddy daughter dance and it was a great experience. A couple weeks ago I rented a suit from a different store. The one that says "you'll like the way you look" and their service was terrible.Jos A. Bank had better service and better prices. I ended up buying a full suit, getting the pants tailored for less than twice the price of renting at the other place.. and had a shirt ordered. Thanks guys!

I asked to be measured for dress shirts, the salesman insisted I have a 15.5 collar. After paying $40 for a white dress shirt I now look like 145 lbs of sausage stuffed into a 140 lb wrapper (white cotton dress shirt).He knew what he was doing, I look and sound different than him! Clean up your franchise, I don't have expendable monies for luxury items...

Worst experience I've ever had in a store. We went into the store to pick out tuxes for our wedding and the associate was super rude. He seemed annoyed we wanted to set up an account, then was asking us about tux options without showing us a single thing. My fiance walked to the side of the counter we were filling out the paper at and he rudely snapped "no you need to stand right there". We then asked to see green color swatches for ties and he snapped for us to not move when we went to look at other items in the store right next to where we were standing. Once he brought the swatches they were teal not green and snapped at me annoyed for saying I need green. THIS IS FOR MY WEDDING. He then without saying a word walked away and I asked to see the meadow color tie, he ignored me so my fiance repeated it and he turned and snapped at him saying " that's what I'm doing". When we asked for another associate it took till we were walking out to be acknowledged. This is supposed to be a top level location for this type of thing and It could not have been more opposite. Ive been to many locations and could not believe this associate was even allowed to work there with a lack of customer support or personality. I would think this store would want to make sales and commission. If I could give 0 stars I would, shame on them for hiring him, the reputation for customer service and high quality experience could not have been more tarnished.

Not the best experience, not sure if this is normal but here is what happened. Got measured 2 months prior to wedding, test fitting 2 weeks prior to wedding and pants need 2 inches added to length and a bigger jacket.Go back 2 days before wedding and pickup suit in plastic wrap all nice and pressed. Arrive at wedding and go to change clothes with the groomsmen and there are no pants. Getting married in 45 minutes and no pants. Called store and they said "oh yeah, they're here" ??♂️. Had someone go to store and get pants and bring back. Wedding was delayed a little, not end of the world but had bride very nervous on her big day.The good thing is the store manager was flexible on rental dates because we had wedding and reception on different days and allowed us to keep suits without extra charge.I should have tried on the suit again before leaving store but I wanted it nice and pressed for wedding. Half my fault on this one.

I recently bought a suit from this location. Actually my first time visiting this location. As a loyal customer of the brand, I was hesitant about going because I’m use to a larger store. But once I walked in all that changed. The service was very good, helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory and selections. Answered every question and concern I had and made the experience very enjoyable. I will continue to work with this location.

Always a great experience shopping here. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The tailoring is outsourced and not always great (had to have things fixed after the first try) but the quality of the products are top notch.

I cannot say enough good things about Joey, who works at this location. I visited this location today looking for a suit. From what I could tell, Joey and one other employee were all that was on staff and due to prom season, there was a steady flow of customers. Joey somehow managed to help me find what I was looking for while also helping every customer that walked in or called. Just from the service I received today, I will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend working with Joey.Jos A. Bank, I’m not sure how you compensate your employees, but Joey definitely needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service and dedication to his work.

Went in one week ago to get suit for wedding, then on May 1, 2023 made 2 phone calls to store to see if rental was ready for pick up, Angel said "No ma'am but we have suit here you can have and we will credit your acct. Well, once getting suit and trying on the next morning, we found the pants were too long + not a 38 waist as the one the gentleman Ande Conn wears., (supposedly they had taken his measurements from initial visit) no belt loops + are having to get suspenders to wear to keep pants up and from falling off. They did credit the account back however, was told this suit was from his measurements. I am quite displeased and feel we were mislead

Went on 3/24/2023 to get a suit. They had to order the pants, alter the coat and they would call us. Was called later and said the pants were in to pick up. I told the lady there was a jacket that was supposed to be altered. She said ok they would call us, no call. We decided to go back to the store on 4/12/2023 and check on the suit. The lady (Rachel) that sold the suit to us said that the jacket had not been altered they were waiting on the pants. I told the lady (Rachel) that she never told us that, we needed the suit ASAP. She said it would be ready in a couple of days. Very disappointing. Had heard good things about the store prior.

Less than impressed with the help. When I go into a men's store, I expect professionalism at its finest....especially from a store that charges upwards of and over a thousand dollars for a suit.There was an older male who helped me. He was nice and pleasing to work with. There was a lady of color who was pleasant and a joy to be around.And then there were two.A younger man and lady.Upon check out, I noticed what appeared to be stretched material on the lower leg area.The lady told the guy to go press them to see if that would take care of it.After about 5-10 min, he came out and said he did not know how to operate the press...ok, good for letting her know.The customer ahead of me just spent over $800 and all the employees are worried about is going home????The guy asked if I wanted my slacks bagged....well yes, that might help....He then proceeds to wad them up and put them in the bag.I said, please do not wad them.I ended up folding my shirt and slacks.As I was looking, I was told the seamstress is on a three week vaca and all clothes are shipped to GA.With this level of competence, or lack thereof, I can't imagine too many repeat customers.Btw, I have several suits from JaB and have never experienced this kind of service.

This place make u feel like. They don’t want or need your business. I was asking questions he was acting like I was a bother. The guy was on the phone never said anything. However when some other people come in. This guy came from the back and help them. I find that very funny nevertheless I understand how they operate.
